Thank you Robyn with Sue Smith Vacations for helping us to plan our 20th anniversary trip on the Rocky Mountaineer through Canada! The train ride was spectacular with views of the mountains, lakes and wildlife. The staff couldn’t do enough for us keeping us well fed and entertained. Our hotels were absolutely beautiful and an anniversary gift was waiting for us as we checked in? We walked 33 miles in 10 days! So many terrific memories! Gondolas 7,000+ft, glaciers, the blue green water made from “rock flour” of the glaciers. We were within 12ft of 2 grizzly bears on Grouse Mountain in Vancouver!

William is an absolute saint. When we booked our cruise he persisted in helping us through at least two date changes, a ship change, an itinerary change, multiple name changes, and more.

He worked tirelessly for days to get us onboard the exact cruise we wanted while making sure we could take advantage of every perk and discount that was available. He did hours worth of work and we truly appreciate it.

My husband and I are getting ready to set sail on our first cruise to our bucket item place Alaska to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary! Robyn has been amazing to work with! Kathy and Robyn planned the perfect anniversary trip to Hawaii for us. We were there for two weeks and visited four islands. They thought of every special detail. The resorts they chose were beautiful. Travel from island to island was a breeze. There was even someone to greet us with a lei at each island. We had a great trip that we will never forget. Robyn has been our vacation specialist for YEARS. That’s obviously because she is awesome at what she does. Our relationship has grown into a friendship. That’s handy because she knows what/how we like things, regarding any trips. She is available to me almost around the clock. I have FaceTimed her at 10:00 PM to show her an issue, & also, to show her a particular place that she hadn’t been to, nor any of her clients.
