Suite Spot rented our like-new camper out for 3 years. We never knew when it was being rented out, or if we were being paid for every time it was. Every time we asked about it we were told it was about to be rented, and often wouldn't hear anything for months at a time or receive any payment.

When we finally tracked it down, the amount of damage was unbelievable. We expected some wear and tear, but it was supposed to be maintained and kept in good repair. There was severe damage on one back corner where they had backed into something & the other back corner looks like they sideswiped something. They left a roof vent open & a bunch of rain had soaked the bunk room. The outdoor kitchen has severe water damage, the pull-out counter is broken and the sink was completely full of water. The inside is filthy, smells like cigarettes and dogs. The living room TV is gone. The sleeper couch & table seat cushions were destroyed by dog scratches. The back of the bench seat was flopping around and someone tried to nail it in place. The screens were ripped out of the screen door, and several window screens are gone. Pieces of trim are missing and the large wood piece along the top of the large tip out is barely hanging on. Our brand new electric jack had been swapped out for a manual one, the battery was dead & missing it's cover. Our power cord is gone & we had trouble getting the tip outs open.

This is just a portion of the damages, that he never told us about and has not taken any responsibility for.

If you are thinking about renting out your RV with them, DON'T! If they have your RV, go inspect it ASAP! If they have done the same to your RV, please contact me.

I used them to rent out my camper and they didn't keep me updated with when it was rented or how much money they made and then put it in the shop for electrical problems without my knowledge. The window was broken, which they fixed, and the electrical cover was torn off, which I had to pay for. They did pay the shop bill, but when I got my camper back, the floor is rotting out, the hot water heater and refrigerator would not work, I had to hire someone to fix that. I had to hire someone to replace the flange on the toilet seat as well. They said they would not pay me back for the repairs and suggested I pay them for when they put it in the shop without me knowing. I am still waiting for the floor to be repaired. The seats looked like a dog tour them up, and they said it was just wear and tear. Be mindful before renting to or from them.

I can't say enough great things about Suite Spot! Justin absolutely saved our Labor Day vacation. We had another camper booked through a different company who canceled on us last minute. We were left scrambling, and finally got a lead on Suite Spot. Justin was more than accommodating, and found us a great camper with plenty of room for my family and friends. I will absolutely rent through them again the next time we vacation there. A++++

Our Camper was perfect for our family! It had all the accommodations we needed complete with delivery and set up! They also picked it back up for us! The owner was wonderful getting us settled in! He was very friendly and helpful!
