Ive have the privilege to discover and choose the broker who holds my Real Estate license.

I held a 40th birthday party here and it was beyond what I could imagine it to be! Courtney and Liz made my party come together seamlessly! The venue was perfect and everyone absolutely loved it! If you’re looking for a venue that’s not traditional and doesn’t require much decorating, the Summer House is the place for you!

Summer House offers all the small town feels of hospitality and care with BIG IMPACT! They strive to provide all their clients with the full TOP NOTCH service every seller or buyer would ever need. Serving the CSRA here locally but giving so much of their resources from every home purchase or sale commission to help provide clean water to those who do not have access through Water Mission in Charleston as well as many other outreaches. I find it a privilege to be a part of such an amazing giving and caring company with a heart for serving those locally and internationally!

My fiancé and I held our engagement party here and it was gorgeous! Everyone kept raving about how cool the venue space was. Even prior to the event, our friends from out of town remarked how cool the building looked while driving by and were absolutely thrilled when they arrived and saw that was their destination.

Additional benefits include: being able to hold an event indoor/outdoors. We got to enjoy the beautiful weather that April has to offer as well as go downstairs to cool off. Plenty of table space, opportunities for refrigeration, clean bathrooms, and a multitude of seating options.

We also have to give a major shout out to Courtney who was a huge help to us — we were a little late on party set up and she was a major help from start to finish. She made the party stress free and an absolute dream. I would 100% recommend this venue to everyone and we hope to book the space again in the future!
