Jacqueline was the very first vendor I booked! Not only did I want a wedding planner, I needed one. We have such hectic lives, stopping everything to plan a wedding was so unrealistic. I had an exact vision I wanted. It was unique and not one I could just find on Pinterest. I had a really hard time putting it into words and explaining what I envisioned in my head. Jacqueline just got it. She knew exactly what I meant and what I wanted. She had so much knowledge and experience. Something I really lacked as a normal bride planning a wedding for the first time. She coordinated with every single one of my vendors, big or small. The day of, I really wanted to be present and soak up every moment. I was so grateful Jacqueline was there because I was able to do exactly that. She handled all the details. All the vendors. Made all the last minute decisions while I got ready and spent my last few moments really taking it in. Jacqueline was so calm but on top of everything. It gave me the sense that I could also be calm and everything was going to work out. I had such a perfect day without one single hiccup. I am so grateful for her and her team and all they did to make our day unforgettable!

I am so glad we choose SunRae Planning. Jacqueline was our day of coordinator and was absolutely wonderful. We live out of state from our venue and got to meet her during one of our tours. I knew she was the perfect fit because she had a good sense of humor and is so down to earth!! She made it a point to get to know us before our wedding day, was very attentive, and made sure I didn’t overthink any detail. Our wedding day was beautiful without a hitch!! Jacqueline executed the reception decor exactly how it was envisioned! It was the little extra things she did, like making sure I had my sandals and that we had drinks in our hands during photos! She also gave us a handwritten thank you note with some Polaroid pics of my husband and I with our children that she took alongside our photographer! It was absolutely the sweetest thing and made me cry. You can see the love Jacqueline has for what she does and she brings that energy to your wedding!!
Oh and she preserves your wedding flowers too! I can’t wait to see how ours will be reimagined!

From the very first moment I met Jacqueline I knew that she was the wedding coordinator for us and oh man, she went above and beyond our expectations. Her infectious positivity, attention to detail, and overall professionalism made the entire experience such a breeze. While we only hired her as a coordinator, she was there for us every step of the way. From her detailed planning/vendor guides to her very timely responses via email, you knew that she truly cared and made sure we had everything we needed. And even when our ceremony venue threw us a massive curveball 1 month out from our wedding day, Jacqueline was readily available for advice, guidance, and was a great calming force in the what seemed like the absolute midst of chaos.

On the day of our wedding, Jacqueline and team definitely ensured that the day went smoothly and all was under control. Their precision, teamwork, and Amazingness produced a day that will live in our core memories forever. From the ceremony to the reception, we could not have asked for anything better. For any little fire that arose, they were quickly taken care of whether it was known to us or not that day. To us, what seemed like quite possibly the most difficult task of the day [working with our reception venue], Jacqueline tackled this like the complete professional she is and we [and all our guests] are in amazement of your work.

Needless to say, if you are planning a wedding in the Zion National Park area, I HIGHLY recommend using Jacqueline and her team. Her extensive knowledge and guidance on the wedding process is top notch and I promise you will walk away from your wedding day with nothing but high praise for her work. Girl, you are looking in the right spot for a wedding planner/coordinator!! We used Jacqueline and SunRae Planning to help us mainly for the day-of coordination, but she was also super helpful with the overall elopement planning process.

First off, Jacqueline was extremely accommodating with our budget while also making sure that our needs were met. Her planning/vendor guides were especially helpful for us since we were planning our small wedding in Utah from our home state of Maryland without having seen most of the venues or meeting the vendors! Throughout the planning process she had wonderful communication, sent planning reminders to keep us on track, and had timely responses when parts of our plan went awry. I felt so confident in our plan and in her and her team's hands when we finally set-off for Utah.

On the day of, she constantly checked in with me and made sure that the day ran smoothly. She may not have been able to control my forgetful wedding brain, but her and her team went out of the way to get important wedding items that I had forgotten! After the planning process, I was so excited to meet Jacqueline because she is so friendly and I was not let down!

You need Jacqueline and SunRae planning for your event!! And if you have flowers, an added bonus is that she also owns Impressive Petals where she can preserve your bouquet forever! Thank you Jacqueline and team for the best day ever!

Wow! What can I possibly say. Best party planner in all the land!!! Jacqueline went above and beyond her duties. Not only for the wedding but making sure every vendor and detail was taken care of. She ran the rehearsal and event seamlessly which was a miracle considering the difficulty dealing with the venue. Not only would I recommend her for a wedding. Any type of party charity event or fundraiser! She can do it all!! She is responsive ,has great suggestions, and "knows her stuff ".

Jacqueline is AMAZING and I can't think of anyone better to have helped us plan such an amazing and special wedding weekend (and this is coming from someone who absolutely LOVES to plan!)!! We started planning with Jacqueline a full year and a half out from the wedding... from the very beginning, we knew we had to work with her because of how responsive, sweet, and great of a listener she is. It was also super clear that she's got so much experience in the wedding industry + event planning and it all shows in how organized and attentive to detail she is. From our initial planning call to receiving her wedding guide book and preferred list of vendors to her always being there with an answer or suggestion or tip for my ENDLESS questions, I can say she went above and beyond and really empowered us to plan the most magical weekend ever!!! We can't stop reliving it!!

As for the actual wedding weekend, it went beyond what we expected and could have even imagined. Even when last minute changes that were out of our control popped up the week-of the wedding, she always was able to have a back-up plan and helped us stay sane and calm! We felt at ease knowing that on the day of, she + her amazing team truly had it all under control and not only that but that she was able to bring our wedding vision to life (and once again, better than I could have imagined). Words can't begin to explain how grateful we are and that because of her and her team, we didn't have to worry about the logistics of the day and that we could spend the day truly soaking in each other and being surrounded by our family and friends. She also would magically appear when we were thirsty or hungry... magically, a can of sparkling water would appear... or a plate of the cocktail hr food and dinner food would be plated!! Our hearts are so full and I could go on and on even more about how amazing it was working with Jacqueline. If you're on the fence, don't be, you need Jacqueline!! Whichever package you go with, Jacqueline and her team are AMAZING and you won't regret it a bit!!!!

P.S. We're also getting Jacqueline to preserve my bridal bouquet and am so glad the flowers aren't going into the trash - so this is a nice add-on if you''re looking into this!
P.P.S. It was also very important to us to have a Chinese tea ceremony and Jacqueline is very open and flexible to help you create the day and/or weekend that is uniquely you!!! If this is something you're considering as well, know that Jacqueline and her team can help you make it happen!!
