I needed a place to stay for about a month. They were so kind and helpful. I was able to receive the special monthly rate. When I checked out. The manager immediately checked my room so he could immediately refund my deposit. It was that simple.

I will not be back to this place. I was refused my 100$ deposit back plus I was charged an additional 50$. They claimed we smoked in our none smoking room. We had dirty clothes that smelled horribly of cigarettes smoke which we washed and I bought air freshener to get rid of the smell off the clothes. We were charged the other 50$ for hair that was already on the sheets and towels when we got there. They claimed we had a dog in the room. None of this was true but they didn't want to hear any of this.

This was my worst hotel stay yet. I asked several times for a ice bucket and never got one and the ac in my room was so loud I couldn't get any sleep it made a bad racket the whole time it runs. Im so tired and need rest after my stay!!! This is the inside of the air unit!

Great room. Very very clean. Staff is the best. I've stayed at a lot of motels in my travels. I can't say enough good things about this place. The owner is the kindest man and makes sure your stay is a great stay. Highly recommend. 10 Stars !!!

Very clean room and friendly staff. Stayed 2 nights for the Solar Eclipse and was very pleased with our stay. Beds were comfortable, floors were clean and they had microwave and mini-fridge in the room. Also, Searcy is a great town with friendly people. (The owner did say they had recently purchased the hotel and had renovated it and still working on doing more)

Located on a main road so it's easy to find and near the downtown square were our activities were.

I have been living in hotels for over a year now because of my job and I can say this is the worst one of all. I had to buy toilet paper myself because when I asked for some they didn’t have any. They don’t change the sheets at all. Owner is super rude and if there’s a problem of any kind he blocks the card to your room and won’t let you enter until you pay more, even if your stuff is inside.

Great room. Very clean. Staff is the best. Highly recommend. Right across from the Hospital and there are many food establishments in the area. Also there are many parks and pickleball courts and tennis courts. This is the ideal location if you want it all. Highly recommended.
