A good place to stay conveniently located to long beach and site seeing. the price is extremely reasonable. unfortunately it is an older inn the rooms are showing their age. but you get clean sheets and a clear bathroom. the front staff very friendly and accommodating to my needs. you can stay at a pricier location or you can save some money and stay at a decent place to sleep and used what you saved on other things.

I am going to give this place 5 stars for all because of the price and service you get. Not all places take a cash deposit and hive it back no questions asked! And we got to our room, it was loud and not what we expected so Rocky upgraded us for free and helped us with extra towels and MUCH better room! Places like this around help people in a bind or in need of a budget place to stay. I believe this place with a little TLC could be grand again and will continue to support this local gem.

The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance to the Port of Los Angeles and they offer much better parking rates as long as you stay at least one night. However, the hotel itself is mediocre. The room was obviously redone with newer carpet and fixtures (one lamp didn't work and another the drawstring/handle was broken) but still contained a very 80s/90s style wet bar). The room felt fairly clean even though I did find a chicken nugget on the floor so it obviously wasn't gone over with a fine tooth comb. Side note - the smoke detector outside the bathroom will go off from steam so when you take a hot shower keep the door closed. Both good and bad... I can tell you the alarms are not monitored so the fire department nor hotel management ever showed up at our room. The elevator is in desperate need of maintenance and makes some terrible noises and the ice machines did not work. Not any fault of the hotels but if you get a harbor view room expect to hear loud cars and motorcycles drag racing down Harbor Blvd all night long. I saw a lot of people with animals so I believe it is pet friendly. Last but not least we were traveling with another group and their truck did have items stolen out of the bed overnight and the hotel was unable to provide video footage so be sure to lock up your valuables.

This place is as bad as they say. |We stayed on Level 3. The hallways smell so awful, I can’t even describe it. A mix of damp, moldy carpet, stale cigarettes and urine is probably the best I can do.|The rooms smell just as bad in a different way. It was a connecting room and you could hear everything happening in the room next door. |Booked for several nights due to proximity to cruise terminal however we cancelled after the first night. Luckily, Motel 6 did refund our remaining nights.|Motel 6, take heed of these reviews. This place needs a serious makeover.

Room was not as advertised. A complete run down dump. The dirtiest Hotel ever they let people bring herds of dogs in there the place reeks of urine, stale cigarette smoke and death. Practically any amino they could offer is no longer in service. Beautiful pool area abandoned and drained. Sketchy people all with dogs hang out in the parking lot all day. They don’t clean your room while you stay there. The noise is unbearable. The front desk guy was super nice is the only thing good I can say. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This Hotel is Badly worn down and in need of a MAJOR Overhaul. The pictures online are not accurate whatsoever. I booked a room with a single Queen with good looking (website only) hardwood floors and received a room with a worn out Double Bed (306) that didn’t look like it had seen any updates since the 1970’s. Hallways and Room carpeting were torn , stained and disgusting. Walls had holes, broken sheetrock, scratches and graffiti. We complained about the absurd room and were moved to a better room that was closer to website pictures, but not exact. There was at least hardwood flooring, but still wall damage broken/torn furniture throughout the room. SERIOUSLY!!!|It’s so outdated and unsafe, my wife slipped right out of the shower and landed on her back on the bathroom tile. There’s no $15 Adhesive Tac Strips that would prevent this. The whole MOTEL is a LIABILITY and EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. We will NEVER stay there again, because we value our safety way too much.

This place should shut down! We literally spent less than five minutes in our room and were so disgusted we walked down the street and booked another hotel. Came back and told the front desk guy that we were leaving and all he did was nodded his head. The furniture in our room was broken and stained. Several blood stains on the carpet in our room. Mold in the shower. Someone had stuffed a spit wad into the peep hole on our door. Feces spray on the toilet. Holes in the walls. The lamps on the walls did not work because the cords had been cut off and stuffed behind the dressers. Looked like someone had ejaculated in the elevator. Gang tagging inside the wardrobe. Not only would I not recommend this place, I would like to see it condemned.

I enjoyed this hotel very much, I loved the fact that they took care of all three of my mandatory prerequisites… big tv, big bed, and clean bathroom! The next time I come back to San Pedro I’ll definitely stay here again!
