Heater didn't work. our room was 40 degrees. In their defence, they offered another room but its still frustrating. Phone didn't work. TV remote didn't work. TV in lobby didn't work. breakfast was stale and minimalist. Just be aware.

Rooms smell musty and like cigarettes. Floor was dirty and I killed several ants. Beds are uncomfortable. Outside door wouldn’t close and was open all night. Our room door had to be forced open and closed. No breakfast.

After driving 5 hours we got there around midnight husband got a room we walked down the hallway which the carpet was filthy got into the room the curtain was missing a hook and so it was drooping I looked at the bed and I grabbed the cover and lifted it and it had a huge stain on it which you couldn’t see until you lifted it and I looked at one pillow and it was dirty not to mention the floor, we were in there a total of 5 minutes and decided I would rather sleep in my car we went back out to the lobby asking for a refund he said he couldn’t refund he already did the night audit, we were only 5 minutes after checking in after some discussion and husband insisting we got him to sign off stating we would be refunded in the morning after talking to the manager. We left and drove all night home
That place is filthy and I called him today and the manager Katel was very rude on the phone he said he looked at room and we had thrown the cover on the floor and the room was used I told him I never threw it on the floor yes I didn’t make the bed or pull the cover on due to I didn’t want to touch the bedding cause it had a huge stain on it and he hung up on me after saying he wouldn’t refund our money
Very disgusting room and I didn’t even look at the bathroom just left

ZERO STARS !!
The Parking lot was empty at 5pm on a Wednesday!
I'm very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Upon my arrival, the managers and staff were quite rude. When I tried to address my concerns, one employee, who had been sitting on the sofa and ignored me as I entered the lobby, suddenly became aggressive. I explained that I couldn't stay in this room or hotel due to its condition and my medical situation. To make matters worse, they have refused to return my $470.40, so far. This has been a frustrating experience. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. My trip to Missouri Valley, Iowa, was solely to attend my great aunt's funeral, making this situation even more distressing.

Even though I gave slightly above average stars on rooms service and location it is only because this is a chain cookie cutter budget hotel. Rooms were clean as well as bedding and the bathrooms. However, due to a recent storm in the Omaha area we were left without power for several days and had no choice but to rent some rooms in the summer heat wave. While Omaha area hoteliers were charging rapacious prices for rooms the manager of the Missouri Valley location gave me a discount! Saying that during natural disasters such as this one , people should look out for one another! Kudos and good Karma for you Mr. PATEL!

Tried to give me a dirty room on the second floor. The second room was cleaner. The carpet in the room was sticky, and the bed was hard. Room was kept chilled. Looks like the property is under some renovation. Outside parking area is freshly asphalt. Beside a fuel station.

Fun-sized muffins, milk, apple juice, coffee, fruit loops, & corn flakes is what's for breakfast. I saw butter, jelly, cream cheese, forks & knives, syrup.. but no waffle maker or batter. There's no elevator & all rooms appear to be upstairs. The family that runs this hotel are super nice & work hard to keep it clean. I had an issue & it was fixed promptly. Rooms & beds are clean.
