Top bed sheet wasnt clean. We had to fix our TV on our own. We had a double room and there were only 2 towels, 2 rags. Tub had hair in it. So did the toilet. The mirror was dirty. Couldn't close the blinds due to sunlight. Hallways smelled like marijuana. We asked for our room to be cleaned while we were out; they didn't clean it. We asked for more towels and they stated that that was all they had. I received two towels and one had a huge hole in it. They didn't have many guests, so where are the rags/ towels? We said that was all they had. The rags we had in the room; had brown stains on it. Luckily we had our own rags. The water was mostly cold. We were charged 20$ out of our $100 because they " couldn't get the barbecue sauce out" of the rag. Never heard of that. If you use bleach or Clorox; it comes out. It wasn't much barbecue on the rag. We left the room spotless. We took out our trash, stripped the beds, and gathered all of the linen in one spot; to make things easier for the housekeepers. Only thing they had to do was wipe down everything and put bed sheets on the beds. They need the money so; I guess they took out 20$ from our $100 they asked before we got the room. The coffee is garbage and there's no breakfast. Worst motel ever. Never again will I stay there. Next time I'll be going to the Hilton's.

We booked this hotel as a stop along our drive to Florida- the reviews looked great and the rates were good. We pulled in late at night and were greeted by a friendly desk clerk who checked us in and we went to our room. When we got to our room we noticed the “clean” towels had stray hairs stuck in them. I then pulled the bedsheets back to check the bed before we got in and noticed a brown stain in the sheets and many many stray hairs in the bed and on the bed spread. We had a room with two beds and both beds had the brown stains and hair in the beds. At this point we were so tired from travelling we decided we would just request our money back and find a new place to stay. The man at the front desk stated that “there were 80 guests staying at the hotel and this is his first complaint tonight” which felt dismissive of our concerns especially because if the room was clean we would’ve already been in bed at this point. He offered us another room but I wasn’t willing to try another room and have the same issue - he did give us our money back and we left.

Great hotel, rooms are very clean and cozy. Plenty of parking. |The front desk staff are very friendly and always eager to accommodate. House keeping are very friendly and very thorough on making rooms are clean.|Plenty of places for food and groceries in immediate area.

Extremely clean and very friendly staff. It is very quiet especially being near the bridge and turnpike. Many food choices around. Access is very easy. Wawa for gas is right near by. I was just very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

I’ve been staying at a lot of hotels from here to Mount Laurel. Even the super 8 there. This has been the nicest one. Always book on the website before 4. Never stay at the Rodeway Inn in Mount Laurel. Definitely stay here over the Friendly Motor that is close by. You won’t regret it. The floors are wooden.

Chris the night manger was very courteous and helpful.
This was the second time that I stayed at that location The room has been updated, very clean and I would have no problem staying there again that was the reasoning for the five stars

Pretty good hotel ! My complaints; everyone was super nice. I do wish breakfast was better; although free the waffle batter didn’t taste good, location great; most certainly served my family’s purpose.
