I stay in or around Creston at least once or twice a week for work. This was the first time in my last 2 years I was able to book a local hotel as they are normally booked up a week out. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Very clean and quiet. The employees were extremely friendly.l and made you feel welcome. The location is great and very close to everything in town. I look forward to my next stay very soon.

Clean, spacious room. The refrigerator and microwave worked, and were clean as well. The beds are comfortable and not so high up you need a step stool to get into. With smaller children, it's hard to find beds that are “safe” for them. These were perfect. Plenty of parking and basic breakfast is available. Thanks for a safe night’s rest.

Outstanding family run property. Clean and quiet room, friendly service, comfortable beds and pillows, fridge and microwave in the room work well, nice shower and water pressure, good a.c., and walking distance to food and shopping. They were very helpful with an early check-in and also extending my stay when my train was delayed. Breakfast is very basic but it's better than nothing. I highly recommend this property.

Stayed here a couple weeks ago and was a bit nervous with the guy leaving bad review. It was actually a real nice stay. Comfy bed and I felt like I was right at home. Staff was excellent. Only thing I wish they would’ve had was biscuits and gravy for breakfast as I LOVE hotel biscuits and gravy. But it was still a great stay and I would definitely stay again!

If you have the opportunity to stay here do it. This place has some of the nicest people working who will take care of you. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The restroom was large enough and the shower was great. The breakfast was top notch and I love the 24 hr coffee service. The laundry room was a blessing as well, able to get my laundry done and it was inexpensive. Thanks again and I will be back soon.

I have stayed here a few times now and I have always enjoyed my stays. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They recognize me even after not staying here for over a year. During this covid period they have been extremely accommodating, helping me make arrangements, from Canada, for my son as well. I can't thank them enough. ||||The rooms have always been clean and comfortable and really that all I ask for here. This is not the Waldorf Estoria or the Four Seasons. It is a low to mid range hotel and you get what you pay for here. Plus some friendly faces. I would stay here again.

I was so impressed with this family run business. They were very helpful, letting me check in early and extending my stay when fires in NV and NE delayed my train. Clean room, friendly staff, good water pressure, comfortable bed and pillows, good a.c., micro and mini fridge worked well, plenty of uab plugs, good internet. TV broke up during a thunderstorm but I really appreciated the HBO and MAX during my unexpected extension. Walking distance to a sit down restaurant, Hardee's and Walmart. Breakfast was minimal but that wasn't a significant consideration for me. I was in room 201 and it was great. Very quiet and convenient. My only suggestions would be to add a diet soda to the vending and be careful with the family conversations, which we all know can get a bit loud. Guests are listening. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Pleasant enough. Staff friendly. Rooms clean, facility kept clean. Hotel is showing age - signs of being worn, but still maintained. No tubs - that was bad part. Shower only in all rooms. Breakfast was cold cereal, bagels/toast, hot waffles. No eggs or meat - but still ok. Nice place. I should add that I didn’t notice till the following day that my receipt didn’t print out well. I called them and had one in my email inbox before I hung up. Good customer service.
