Surraya threw me the most gorgeous and perfect wedding! There was not a single hiccup and if there was, Natalie handled it so well I had no idea it even happened. I truly had the most stress free wedding day thanks to Natalie. During the planning process, she was on top of everything and knew every single detail at all times. Our vendors were all incredibly impressed with her thoroughness. She has an incredible eye for detail, a great sense of urgency and impeccable taste to ensure your wedding is as gorgeous as possible. She is an absolute rock star event planner who you can trust wholeheartedly with your big day!

I wanted a checkered dance floor but unfortunately our vendor didn't have one available. Come the wedding, Natalie surprised me and carried dance floor wrap through the airport on two different planes to tape it down herself and give me a checkered dance floor. She goes above and beyond!

From the very beginning, my now-husband and I knew we could wholeheartedly trust Natalie and her team with the wedding planning process and that she’d make our visions come to life. We were planning from across the country and she somehow made it all seamless and went above and beyond to make it as easy for us as she could. If we had a question about how a napkin would look with a plate, Natalie would run over to the nearby rental showroom and send us pictures without us even asking. When we had difficulty handling logistics for guests in the weeks leading up to the wedding, Natalie would take their numbers and handle it all so as not to stress us out. We even had two vendor cancellations both while Natalie was on vacation and she handled them within hours!

Natalie has a great eye and, thankfully, tactfully talked me out of some things I cringe thinking about now and talked me into some things I was on the fence about but turned out to be the best decisions ever (textured linens!). She dreamt up my favorite part of the wedding—an overflowing dessert table—which was so beautiful it’s now my phone background (I hadn’t changed my background since 2017 so this is a big deal!). Natalie cares about your wedding weekend just as much as you do and does everything she can to make it perfect!

Natalie and her team are highly professional, organized, flexible and so easy to work with. While we walked around to guests during our wedding dinner, they were telling us that they were in awe of how logistically seamless the day was (an odd compliment, but just shows how great she is at her job). She and her team managed both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding day vendor staff of over 50 people with ease and grace.

I could go on and on, but I really can’t recommend Natalie and her team enough. Wedding planning can be so stressful, but my parents, husband and I were all so sad after the wedding that we wouldn’t get to work with them anymore—if that’s not a testament to how wonderful they all are I’m not sure what is. Natalie is the first person we’ll be calling for any other large party we host in the future!
