We had no idea where we wanted to go on our family vacation. Costa Rica was a great trip, and we never would have planned a trip like this if it wasn't for Susan's recommendation. We were a group of 16 people with a variety of ages. Susan helped us to figure out the perfect place that accommodated what we wanted to do and how to make it work for our large group. We usually rent a house when we go on vacation, and Casa Fantastica was the perfect place. This was truly an amazing experience!

Susan was such a blessing to work with. We had planned to travel to one destination but because of timing and high demand, Susan gave us additional options/ places to consider. We ultimately went with a location that she suggested that neither my husband nor I had ever heard much about, but boy was it the BEST VACATION EVER!

She took care of things that I didn’t even know would need to be done. Insurance, transfers to and from the hotel, perfect seating on the airplane, perfect times to travel, best airline to use, etc..... You name it she covered it.

She stayed on the phone multiple times patiently helping us with EVERYTHING. It is VERY different traveling during this time and she is trained and equipped to handle things in a way that I simply could not.

She is awesome, professional, patient, and knowledgeable!!!! It is a very different experience than the big websites. Personal, individualized service.

Just came back from the trip of a lifetime. Better than I could of imagined. It is all due to Susan's Travel. To try to organize this trip on my own was overwhelming. Susan took over and organized it all for us.
She booked us on a luxury cruise to Alaska. Every detail was set. From transportation to and from the airport, upgraded airline seats, hotels, cruise ship cabin, excursions and more.
This trip was always on my bucket list. Susan's Travel brought it all together better then I ever could of dreamed of.
