Everything is good, but today I was going over there at 7:45 PM, and the girl told me I could not use the washer because I used it last at 7:30 PM and didn't wash and dry. That's ridiculous! I know the store closes at 9 PM, and you are disappointing your customers. Last week, I saw a couple come in at 8:10 PM and use the laundromat. This is crazy! Today, she told me there was not enough time for the washer and dryer.

I am not 1 to complain, But today I feel that I must..
Been coming here for 2 years now..
The place is very clean.
The washers in my opinion should be wiped out frequently by staff, or offer customers wipes to do so..
The dryers do not do a great job in drying and if you tell the blonde girl she just looks at you like your speaking a foreign language.
40 mins should be enough time to dry a small load of clothes.. the clothes were still wet.. her reason for this was.....that the dryers need time to heat up..ok.. 40 mins?
I will make sure not to use this facility when she is working, she has no clue..

OK, place to do your laundry, but there should be a rule about a maximum number of machines.I came in the other day and one person was taking up every machine with like 30 bags of laundry. There needs to be a letter of how many machines can be used by one person at a time.

I have utilized the laundry machines myself as well as the wash/dry/fold when I am unable to do at home. Jake (awesome ) who was there when we dropped the mounds of clothes & blankets. Today Eve (awesome) was there when I picked up everything myself. Although it became busy this young lady still had a smile & extremely pleasant interactions. Eve even brought something out to me, I had multiple trips already. I thank you both for your help & kindness. As well as the clean clothes! Stay safe and be well

Not sure who the person behind the counter is today but I dropped off for a wash dry fold and this lady had such an attitude. She slammed my basket on the scale and threw the bag I had. I come here because it's close to home and never had an issue before but if this is what's going to be a norm, I'll be finding a new place!
