Thanks to the two guys there in the middle of the night who did my transmission service. They did a good job. Now to the management. I'm going to give a call to the Arkansas license and repair and let them know your overcharging for very minor repairs. This is why alldata exists. To keep businesses honest and keep customers from getting ripped off. Now that I've brought it to your attention. Charging 250 for a 30 min repair is ludicrous. 2 bolts per shock X 4 shocks. The most you can get away with on that one is the shop minimum is an hour. Even when the service writer called you. You did nothing to fix the issue within your store. And greed has taken over. So congratulations on being just another company to take advantage of truck drivers!
Im also going to reach out to the press department in freight waves. They might call you for a statement

I was there for trailer bag replacement, waiting time is too long. Be prepared for that wait, period would be 4 to six hours.
Service guy was very professional he installed the air bag with no issues.

Every single bin of trash was full and overflowing in the ladies room, all but 1 toilet had waste in it, the 1 that appeared the cleanest had no working lock on the stall door, the cashier was sitting like a lump, not looking like he had even washed his own self in quite a while (honestly) while the 1 pot of coffee was CLEARLY many many hours old, and by the looks of the restroom, noone there cleans anything, at least not during 3rd shift, so there was NO WAY I was dealing with the food area ... just a poorly run customer area.... I went to the drivers hub and purchased some hot food ... that building had a very busy gal who had been hoppin quickly to take care of food, cash register, driver showers, etc. So her friendliness and cleanliness made me feel safer to eat something from the hot food area. The meatballs were good. Thank you

Nice big store with everything. Plenty of room at 1600. Pavement needs work but I’ve seen worse. Will stop here again.

Very good location with plenty of diesel fuel pumps and lots of parking space. Easy to back up in parking lots. Clean restrooms and showers are also clean and well maintained. In store coffee area little bit messy but overall good. Subway and Taco Bell are food options and staff is very friendly and professional. Country Pride restaurant looks permanently closed. Overall good location to spend 10 hours and getting fresh for Next Day Job.

Staff is nice. Not a lot of selection on chips, coffee like other stores, No straws or stirrers. No diet pepsi on fountain.
The system for showers and such has not worked in three weeks but the ladies and gents at the desk take care of you. Showers need a total strip. Mold and mildew on walls, floors, and corners that could easily be taken care of with right cleaning supplies and elbow grease as it is built up now. Not what it used to be but do-able when you don't have a choice.
Large rig parking. Pull in road is a mess. Concrete broken up and a very rough ride in for trucks.
