Staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, accommodations leave a lot to be desired. Bathtub was broken, water was cold, cobwebs above bathroom sink, no smoke detector....I wish it could've been better.

There was no hot running water the sinks would not go down there were cockroaches all over the ceilings the walls the floors not a place to pay the price they want but not recommend it to anybody

Water was cold not hot at all.
Microwave smelled burnt after use. I told manager she said she never has heard of that before and never had it checked. Light above sink didn't work and when it did it worked when it wanted to turn on definitely wiring issue. I mentioned to manager I didn't think it was right at all to not have hot or warm water she said they were all of a sudden having plumbing issues. I said that was not right. I felt some money on card should have been issued back. Manager said money was non refundable. NOT IMPRESSED. VERY UPSET. WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! Oh and wifi did not work. Air conditioner starting squealing. Only provided 1 towel 1 cloth for 2 people 2 beds. Good thing I brought my own towels. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!

Our room has no hot water, the light above the sink does not work..the refrigerator is super small and the tv remote has a terrible system you have to be right in front of the tv to get it to work...called about hot water not working they were not at all accommodating and their only comment was we have to wait for a plumber...I will never stay here again ...I gave them the benefit of the doubt trying to support small local business how naive ... Do not recommend Ever oh and the Wi-Fi does not connect ...not enough towels. So disappointing

Double room is over priced for a room that has the floor peeling, and walls over sprayed with paint. Tub doesn't hold water, it drains just as fast as it goes in. Toilet whistles loud as it flushes. Tables and lamps are broken. Only place to sit is on the beds or the toilet. Room was not stocked with towels. When asked to receive towels for 3 guest, was only handed 1 towel, 1 wash, 1 hand and 1 bath rug. All had holes in them. Asked for more the next morning and was told we wasn't going to get any more and we had enough. Asked for a hair dryer and was told we had to let maintenance in for them to screw it to the wall in order to receive one. Good luck calling or going to the front desk. It's only open at the staffs convenience when they are not at the super 8.

I stayed at the tall corn inn march 6th thru thru 9thfor a hunting trip. When i got to my room i thought wow this is really nasty. Stained filthy carpet,,Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling by wires, Black mold around all of the shower calking. Just nastyl. Being that our whole party was staying here I made the best of it. What a mistake. When i got home i noticed that i was full of itchy little red bumps. After further investigation. I found out they were bed bug bites. I was mortified. I proceeded to call the Tall Corn Inn,And asked to speak with the owner or manager. To let them know of the situation. They were not available. So I told the girl at the front desk of the situation and asked them to call me. For the next week and half they were not there and refused to return my call. So for all i know that room is still being rented. I my opinion this place should be shut down!!! It is not safe nor clean. And the ownership / management does not care. So do yourself a favor and save your money. This place is absolutely horrible.

About what I expected for the price and the fact that it is an older motel. It was clean. Staff was very friendly. Sheets were better then expected. I was pleasantly surprised that construction workers hanging out in parking lot was not an issue. I felt completely safe and comfortable the whole time. I would say the carpet is really worn and I did not have a coffee maker in my room. Other then that it was fine.

This place has definitely gone downhill since it was bought out. Missing smoke detectors, dirty beds and floors, non working sinks and bathroom fixtures and worse of all bed bugs. One of our party was bitten multiple times and management won't even respond to his calls about it. They list amenities of high speed internet and a bar/lounge. They have neither. Bar building is caving in. Hasn't been open in years! We have stayed here every year for the past seven years but will be looking elsewhere next year!
