We couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect wedding reception venue! The space itself is absolutely stunning—cozy, elegant, spacious, and full of charm. It created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration.

The staff was exceptional, providing top-notch service to us and our guests. The food was absolutely delicious, and so many of our guests raved about how much they loved the meal and the overall experience.

We will forever cherish the memories made here and are so grateful to the entire team for making our day so special.

We just had a baby shower for my daughter today in The Barn and everything was perfect thanks to Melissa, Jaime and the entire staff at Tall Oaks. Many family members stayed in the Carriage Inn and it was fantastic. The Inn has 10 beautiful rooms with a fantastic common area for all to share. The food was really good and everyone was so accommodating and made us feel so welcome! I would highly recommend Tall Oaks to anyone planning a large or small event. We are actually planning a girls weekend at the Inn in the near future.

Tall Oaks helped make our wedding beautiful! Having an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception was perfect for an October wedding. Every detail is well thought out and makes for a dream day. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The location is tucked away and secluded, while also super convenient to get to. The venue itself is amazing! So beautiful with various features to give you and your guests the ultimate experience. So glad we chose Tall Oaks for our wedding!

Booked a room for a Valentine's getaway which is very clearly not at all what this is for. It is exclusively for events, don't get any other idea by the marketing calling it a resort or inn. We booked a room overlooking the "lake" which is also the parking lot. All of these rooms are around the perimeter of a large kitchen and gaming space for parties. There was a party going on so it was very uncomfortable to just have a room right in the middle of it. We went to ask if we could switch somewhere else just to have some privacy and received what I would generously call weird customer service. Eventually we got a more secluded room but had to pay 138 bucks to upgrade. The person helping us was essentially telling her manager we were being a bit unreasonable to want to upgrade. Happy to provide exact quotes. Don't get me wrong, the rooms are very very nice once you are there and I give that portion 5 stars, and if you're having an event this is perfect. It just shouldn't be possible to book a solo room if there are people hosting a party in the space or something, I feel pretty swindled by the whole experience and definitely won't repatronize or recommend due to that, regardless of the quality of the physical space itself.

This is really a wedding/retirement venue and if you want a room on a weekend, not likely to get one. However, we have been there twice during the week and eagerly await our stay. The rooms are nice, the amenities are great. One drawback: no elevator so people not able to climb stairs are disadvantaged. Because it's a resort, they are not subject to ADA compliance (loophole). Comfy beds, great bathroom and a veranda off each room. The common area includes a full kitchen, eating facilities, foosball and arcade games. It only has 10 "standard" rooms but is inexpensive and was perfect for our purposes. If you can take advantage of this during the week, do it - you won't be disappointed.

Tall Oaks is truly one of the most beautiful venues I’ve ever seen. Every detail is thought out and I couldn’t be happier that I chose to get married here! The staff is extremely helpful and supportive with every last detail. They make your event run so smoothly and all you have to worry about is having a good time! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I got married here on December 14th, 2024. Tall Oaks is a beautiful venue and I was so excited for all of the photos and scenery for a winter wedding. While everything looked amazing, there were a few things that I would want to know if I was a bride looking for a venue. They only communicated via email so don't expect them to call you about any details regarding planning meetings, taste testing's, etc. I was kind of thrown around to a few different people there when planning, which was fine but I didn't feel like I had one person to reach out to. The day of was also fabulous, everything came together as I hoped it would. If you do not pay for the day of coordinator fee of $500 you will not have anyone to communicate with besides the service staff. The Sales & Event Manager came up to me once the whole night to tell me she was leaving because she didn't feel good. My family had a hard time finding the desserts or anyone to ask questions to besides the service staff which were frankly unsure about anything. Food was also great we had the filet and chicken piccata. The entire wedding party and our parents stayed at the inn attached, which was very convenient. However, fast forward a month later and we are getting emails from them asking for $100 biohazard payments with no detail or evidence. They did this to 3 of the rooms out of 13. When we called the Director of Guest Experience & Marketing, there was no reasoning for the charge and she said that if it wasn't paid then they would be charging us. We felt that it was extremely rude for them to be contacting us a month after the date to charge us for something ridiculous. Seems like a ploy to get more money out of us. Overall we had a great experience because we made it great, it sucks that they did this because it spoiled such a beautiful event.

Last night (10/5/24) we had our daughter’s wedding at Tall Oaks, they exceeded our expectations. Not only was the venue beautiful Everyone that provided the services were professional and outstanding. A big Thank you to Melissa, Dan and Frankie. They asked me several times before and during the event if we needed anything and the continued to check with me. The food was delicious too. I can’t say enough about spectacular the wedding was. Thank you everyone
