The awe inspiring natural beauty of the Misty Fjords truly brought tears to my eyes. Pictures just don't do it justice. The views were certainly worth the cost of the seaplane flight. Our pilot (I believe his name was Sean) was super enthusiastic and friendly- we couldn't have asked for a better tour!

Very professional, the young pilot was friendly and very informative of our trip over to Salmon Falls Resort, Ketchikan. Taking time to explain several points of interest along the way, and gave us an extra five minutes in air, whilst the other planes were landing! Very nice float planes, ours took Six passengers very comfortably.

We visited Ketchikan for a day. The community and the landscape is unique and among the most beautiful in America.

Chartering a flight with Taquan Air was very easy. We had arrangements to fly up along the coast to a salmon lodge for touring and lunch.

With a shuttle to the air base, signing in, going through a safety brief was very smooth and informative.

Going out on the dock and seeing the plane was memorable. The pilot was personable and very professional. Loading into the plane and departure a great experience for all.

Flying out of Ketchikan, the view of the area was stunning. We found and circled a group of hump backed whales. Continuing up the coast, the pilot gave a great commentary across the headsets of the sights and history of the area.

Landing and putting the plane to the dock was as good as it gets. The skill base of Taquan Air with it's pilots and aircraft are the best in the area and Alaska.

Stunning scenery! My daughter and I loved it! We went in June and saw snow capped mountains, a small glacier (pointed out by our wonderful pilot Joe!), multiple waterfalls and amazing blue waters at the edge of a frozen lake. Can’t wait to go back!

What an incredible adventure. Such a nice crew, from the taxi service to the crew on the dock to the pilot 10/10. One thing I wish our cruise line would have told us was there was a place for our backpacks at the docks. Instead they told us no bags. We would do this trip again. Great job team!

This was our group's first time in a seaplane and we were really excited and also a little nervous, but this is a must do experience and worth every dime! Our pilot assured us of his experience, and we immediately felt like we were in great hands. This private experience is incredible! And an amazing way to see the waterfalls, the lake at the top of the mountain and the majesty of this area! And the smoothest landing on the water, easy to board the plane, comfortable, we didn't have a mic on our headset but I think that helped us enjoy the beauty rather than alot of chatter other than the pilot giving us details about what we were seeing. And wear a jacket of course it's cool!

Wow! I was fortunate enough to grab the last seat on a Fjord Site Seeing Tour yesterday! It was recommended by Chris (one of Taquan Air's top notch air mechanics) and it did not disappoint. I could tell right away that Tacquan Air fosters an environment of safety, service and stewardship to the Alaskan way.

Our pilot, Max, was super knowledgeable about the area. He provided more of an experience than a tour. It's worth mentioning his takeoff and landings were the smoothest I've ever felt.

Overall, Taquan Air delivers an amazing experience and it's worth every penny. It's a must if you are visiting Ketchikan!
