I've never thought to use a travel agency before but with all this craziness from the coronavirus it was definitely a smart move. This was my first time ever using a travel agency. I will definitely be using them again. It was quick and I SAVED OVER $400. I literally just told the my agent what I wanted and she made it happened for less than I would've paid if I booked it myself. Nothing beats not having to call around dealing with the long customer service waits and them trying to sell you a bunch of junk you dont want.

Took my money for the initial booking conversation and then never heard from them again after several attempts to call and email. I hate to be mean but it’s frustrating when people don’t do the right thing.
