It was Christmas day and we were concerned that we wouldn’t be able to find a clean bathroom. We were so happy to see the Welcome center was open. We were also greeted by a nice security person as we walked up from our car. The bathrooms were clean and the information center was warm and inviting.

Nice Clean facility . Nice gardens round buildings to relax and unwind for a few minutes before getting back on road. Got some vending machines to get snacks and coffee. 6-13-22 3-20-24/ 10-7-24 look good cut the gress to day.

Welcome to Tennessee! This is a very clean rest area on 65N, leaving Alabama. The inside is very welcoming with a fireplace and rockers to get a nice break from driving. Plenty of maps and brochures for local and state activities to choose from. Restrooms are very clean and well stocked. Outside picnic areas available for a quick meal before getting back on the road. Vending machines are also available on site along with security.

My home state of Indiana could learn a thing or two about welcome centers from Tennessee. Plenty of parking, everything clean, homey feel to main building...kinda of like a lodge. A good supply of state road maps too (important for nerds like myself).
