From our first chat, it was clear that Talia was going to be a great fit for us. She is detail-oriented and thoughtfully weaves in our priorities in all aspects of planning.

We met with Talia monthly and she would give us suggestions and guidelines on what to accomplish until our next meeting. As we got closer to the wedding date, Talia seamlessly coordinated with all of our vendors and our venue so that there was very little left on our plates. It relieved us of a lot of stress and allowed us to enjoy the time leading up to the exciting weekend.

With a weekend wedding in March in the Santa Cruz mountains. When rain was a threat, Talia had umbrellas and a large clear tent ready in her planning. When a tree fell, blocking the only entrance to our venue, Talia had multiple backup venues ready for us within hours. Luckily we were able to resolve the tree issue in time to be at our original venue. 🙂

I cannot recommend Talia enough to help plan and coordinate your next big event! From our initial conversation, I knew right away I wanted her there to help ensure my wedding weekend went as smoothly as possible. She was not only incredibly personable and friendly, but was also extremely professional and confident in her ability to execute and create the warm, intimate & moody wedding in the sticks of Northern Cali that I was dreaming of. I was a very hands on bride myself, looking for month of wedding coordination, where I did a lot of the work and planning leading up to my wedding in terms of the aesthetic, hiring vendors, etc. I am particular and had pretty specific vision with what I wanted, and I was able to hand it all over to Talia to execute everything, and it honestly could not have gone better. She managed to transform my vision into a reality, all while maintaining a calm & friendly manner, and she helped me stay entirely in the moment my whole day. 1. Her customizable options that allowed me to hire her for month of coordination services, along with a few additional services (consultations, vendor hire) while staying inside my budget.
2. Her vibe. As weird as this sounds, Talia manages to maintain a professional, efficient and confident attitude, all while maintaining a calming presence and friendly attitude.
3. Experience. It was evident in our initial conversation all the way through the execution of our wedding day that Talia brings a lot of experience into planning and coordinating for big events! I often looked to her for advice and she always had a self assured response that brought my anxious mind to ease.
4. Peace of mind. This, first and foremost! As a type A, details oriented kind of person, I was able to go into my wedding weekend COMPLETELY stress free and can honestly say I was able to be present through my entire wedding weekend, all thanks to Talia and her assistant!

Talia was exactly what I was looking for in a wedding planner! Her plans are very flexible to fit exactly what you need. She was very professional and made the planning experience stress free. When vendors were not responsive or not cooperative Talia would take the reins and resolve the issue. We had virtual zoom meetings to go over what tasks need to be completed and a timeline. Over the wedding weekend Talia made sure I wouldn’t have anything to worry about. She led the rehearsal and even stayed late to help out with our welcome reception (dealing with guests and catering). On the wedding day she made sure everything was set up how I planned. And she even helped get me snacks after family portraits when I felt hungry because I didn’t eat enough for breakfast and lunch. During cocktail hour Talia made sure my husband and I got plenty of drinks and horderves. During the reception Talia resolved issues that I wasn’t even aware of until the next day! I would HIGHLY recommend Talia for any event!

Talia is the most phenomenal wedding planner. It might have rained <10 days during Northern California's 2021-2022 rainy season and one of those days just happened to fall on my all-outdoor wedding in St. Helena. Leading up to my wedding Talia was detailed and incredibly helpful. She answered all of my questions, worked seamlessly with my vendors, and provided much needed recommendations. She and her team showed their true skills in navigating my rainy wedding day by coordinating with vendors and having plans A - D to prepare for the degree of rain. I have already recommended her to other engaged friends and will continue to do so. Talia's pricing model, degree of composure, and knowledge of the wedding industry is uncanny.
