My wife and I are sure Veronica thought we were crazy when we were working together to plan our wedding. We chose to host a private estate wedding and just about everything we did was non-traditional. Every deatiled request we had was accomodated by Veronica. Planning a private estate wedding requires a significant level of coordination, from event lighting, staffing, restrooms, catering, etc., and not one thing was overlooked. Everything about our wedding exceeded our expectations and we could not have done it without Veronica by our side.

I was lucky enough to have the lovely team of Britni and Diana working with me. They are incredibly personal- the type of people that show a genuine interest in your life and your day. Their care, thought, and foresight was so evident from the beginning. Britni was there fanning me down and bustling my dress on the wedding day. I am, in general, a perfectionist so I was doubtful that anyone could execute my vision but this team blew me away with their attention to detail. I can't thank Britni and Diana enough for allowing me (and my family) to have such a fond memory of my wedding- I was able to focus on just enjoying the day knowing that the 530 Bride would take care of everything else.

When I first began planning my wedding, I had no intentions of hiring a wedding coordinator as I thought it was something I already had planned out in my head and pinned to perfection on a Pinterest board. However, as time went on, I quickly realized that executing those ideas was not something I could do on my own, especially working a full time job. Planning a wedding is a full job on its own!! After I spoke to a few local coordinators, I still wasn't feeling very confident on the whole idea. After all, it is a big financial commitment and I didn't feel like my ideas were being heard. That is until I met Delphine! Something just clicked and I had absolutely no reservations about having her become a part of our big day! She listened, she communicated well and had wonderful ideas that meshed well with our ideas. Not to mention she was one of the sweetest, kindest, and most genuine people we had ever met. We had her for a "day of" coordination and she made sure everything was in order and on track in the weeks leading up to the wedding. A huge weight off my shoulders! Come wedding day, she and her team came in a executed a wedding that I had only once dreamed of in my head, except this time it was mine. I literally did not have to worry about a thing besides sitting back in the bridal suite with my best friends to enjoy a day of pampering! I was in awe (and almost in tears of joy) when I saw our old barn venue in all its glory that she had created. I would not hesitate to recommend Delphine to help you plan the wedding of your dreams. I promise you will not regret it! Thank you again Delphine! We cannot tell you how thankful we are to have met you!

When I hired Veronica, it was mostly to babysit my groom's enormous family on the day of our wedding. I quickly realized that there were so many things I hadn't thought of that were absolutely necessary for the wedding (like how many pounds of ice to get) and I went from "glad to have hired her" to "so thankful I hired her I could cry". The forecast before our wedding started as 0.1 inches of rain about 3 days before the wedding, so we held off setting things up. We got married on a family ranch so we were able to setup whenever we wanted to. However, the forecast turned into 0.5 inches + for the whole day before the wedding all through the night, and Veronica's responsibilities went from day-of coordination to day-of decorating, setup, AND coordination since we couldn't set anything up the day before. Things were hectic and we had tons of friends and family to help out, but I didn't have to stress at all. My husband and Veronica took care of (almost) everything and made sure everything went off without a hitch. The only criticisms I have are that trash cans were forgotten in all the craziness and didn't get put out until after the ceremony and right before dinner was served. The second thing I would say is that some of the notes that were taken in our meetings seemed to get lost or forgotten about (how I wanted the ice cream bar set up/who was serving ice cream/where I wanted specific decor items).
Overall, Veronica did exactly what we hired her to do (and then some) and we couldn't have done it without her.

Emily was great! She was super helpful throughout the entire process and brought up a lot of things I hadn’t thought of. She took care of all the day off coordination and any issues that came up so that our day was stress free and better than I expected. We had a couple last minute timeline changes that she coordinated with ease and she did a great job dealing with an obnoxious vendor that insisted on being difficult.

We had simply the best experience with Veronica and the 530 Bride! My husband and I didn’t have much in the way of ideas about what we envisioned for our wedding in the beginning so Veronica really helped us build something beautiful from scratch. She suggested vendors based on what we were looking for, but never pushed any specific vendors on us and was proactive about getting us quotes from people she hadn’t worked with before if we asked about them. Veronica has a very relaxed vibe which is amazing during the stressful planning process. I would get stressed about how much there was left to do, or all the details we needed to coordinate but as soon as I had a planning call with Veronica, I would always realize that everything was under control. We really valued not having to coordinate with our vendors individually, not having to draw up a timeline, and not having to worry about setting up decorations, making sure people got their flowers, and 100 other details on the day of the wedding. If I had a concern about a vendor, Veronica would figure things out for me right away. She also worked really well with my mom who crafted a UHAUL full of decorations and in the last month was directly in contact with Veronica frequently. The week of the wedding, Veronica had everything under such great control but was also so flexible for last minute changes that my whole family said “Whatever she is charging you, it is not enough!” I cannot imagine how anyone plans a wedding without a professional coordinator and I can guarantee you my husband and I would have given up and eloped if it hadn’t been for Veronica. The day of our wedding was absolutely magical. Everything went so smoothly and was more beautiful than we could have imagined or hoped. I was able to be totally absorbed in the festivities and didn’t worry about anything 🙂 Huge thanks to Veronica and 530 Bride!!!

Of all the reviews I've written on our wedding vendors, I felt compelled to save this for last, not because of dissatisfaction, but because Veronica Enns at The 530 Bride was so wonderful to work with. She was a regular part of our lives for eight months, and we were sad to say goodbye.

From our first encounter with Veronica, she was so professional, organized, resourceful, calm, and reassuring and continued in that capacity throughout our entire experience. She helped us find excellent vendors, worked through the contracts with us, helped the bride and groom make informed decisions, was always responsive and helpful when we threw new requests at her, gave us valuable guidance, and even sat in for the bride at a couple of key appointments and tasks. Time and again, Veronica went above and beyond her duties to pull all the details together for a beautiful day.

In the final days before the wedding, she told us to sit back, relax, and let her people do what they do best. That is exactly what they did. Our daughter's wedding was perfection, thanks to Veronica and her staff. Our guests had so many positive comments about the beautiful wedding, good music, delicious food, beautiful venue, and it was all because of Veronica at The 530 Bride. The bride and groom said it was the best day of their lives. That says it all. We would highly recommend Veronica at The 530 Bride for your wedding. We love her!

She contacted me well before my wedding, checked in with me a lot, and was very involved in the last 90 days leading up to my wedding. Britni was super professional and very knowledgeable. She was always willing to help me with anything I needed. She even helped me with my wedding signs. The day before and day of my wedding Britni remained calmed and made sure everything went smoothly.
