We had the best time With Teddy. Mike and his Dad were awesome as well. We caught a bunch of fish. They had everything set up and ready to go. Even had options for getting the fish processed and shipped to our home. What a great experience!!!

It was our first time fishing and Mike, our captain, made it an unforgetable experience !!
We catched a big silver salmon and some other smallers that we returned to the sea
When we met, Mike told us that our boat had a mechanical problem and we couldn't do the excursion, but he managed to solve the problem.
Mike is the best fishing guide in Alaska.
And before we went back to the harbor he took us to see eagles.
If you go to Ketchikan don't miss this experience

Aloha! My wife chose The Alaska Catch to take my son and I halibut and salmon fishing. We were blown away with our experience, thanks to Captain Ryan. I would highly recommend this charter fishing company and Captain Ryan. Ryan helped us make lifelong memories that we will share with our family and friends. Ryan brought us to great fishing spots, was a great guide and was great to fish with. Fishing and listening to local Hawaiian music made us feel like we were home fishing. We will definitely be back. We had an amazing time on our 2 day charter on the Alaska Catch with captain Chris! He was so helpful and such a cool guy. The boat was so nice! It was our 1st time fishing in Alaska and we can’t wait to go back next summer! We HIGHLY recommend the Alaska Catch! You won’t regret it!

We came to Ketchikan as part of our Holland America 7 day Alaska tour. We were greeted with the most gorgeous day, which we were thrilled about! We got so lucky. The guys in our group decided to do a private salmon fishing excursion through The Alaska Catch and we cannot recommend them enough! It was everyone's first time to Alaska and we will not soon forget this incredible experience! Their guide Ted was fantastic, and they caught lots of salmon and had a great time. They had it processed and overnighted later last week so that it arrived to us in Montana in short order. We have now enjoyed 2 nights in a row of fresh Alaskan silver salmon. We can't wait to make a return trip next year!

We fished with Capt Ted yesterday in Ketchikan. Private party of 3. Caught our limit on halibut and bonus Cod. (Not to mention a few sharks to add to the action) waters were rough but he kept adjusting to keep us on fish. The boat and equipment were like new. Thank you Captain Ted and Capt Mike, we had a great experience and got fish to send home.

This was the sixth guided fishing trip I've had out of Ketchikan, some earlier in the year, some later. This was by far the worst one. The only good thing I can say is that Mike was nice on the phone. Our guide was 30 minutes late picking us up. We didn't catch our limit of anything. We spent all of 20 minutes salmon fishing before the guide told us were were done and heading back in. We paid for a full day package and didn't even stay out the whole time. Every boat that came to the fish processor while we were there had salmon... except for ours. Terrible experience. Extremely overpriced for the fishing we were able to do.

We had an awesome time on our halibut charter with Chris! We caught our limit, he definitely knows what he’s doing. Awesome smooth experience from booking with Mike all the way to the end of the charter. A great addition to our yearly trip to Ketchikan and look forward to booking again!
