The Atlantic suites on the Ave is a great hotel. I very much enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. There is a balcony with each room which is great for morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. The bathroom is spacious with a nice shower and great water pressure that warms up quickly. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals is you don’t want to eat out every day. There was even a complimentary box of condiments. There are blackout drapes which worked well. The hot free breakfast each morning was very good. The staff were very friendly and I received a text each day asking if I was enjoying my time and if I needed anything. The beach is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there are tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool is large and there are plenty of lounge chairs and tables. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Delray Beach.

Two enthusiastic thumbs up for this hotel!
The front desk, housekeeping, and management staff are all outstanding! The pool and hot tub were super clean and warm.
The breakfast buffet has good variety. Parking garage is covered and always had space available. Hotel is in a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Most importantly, our room was quiet, bed comfy, quality linens, kitchenette with full size fridge, fast wifi, and a roomy balcony.
BONUS: self-serve washer/dryer right on our floor!

Fantastic location with everything within walking distance. Having a kitchen was so helpful since we had our dog, a 7-year-old grandson that visited frequently, and enabling me to stay on my diet. Front Desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and all support staff always had a smile and a warm hello. Room was very clean and roomy, and there wasn't anything that I felt needed to be changed or improved for the very competitive room rate.

We had a wonderful time and the location couldn’t have been better. Staff was friendly and courteous to my wife and I. The free breakfast was what we expected and coffee was out all day. Our view from our balcony was stunning. The room had everything we needed and then some. The communication with the front desk was great, they would text me to see if I needed anything. That was a first for us and we travel a lot of location and that personal connection was a bonus. We will definitely stay again when we return.

Loved my stay at Atlantic Suites on the Ave! Great location-only a block from the beach and next door to their sister property. Within walking distance to all the shops and great restaurants! Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Pool was never crowded, and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Complimentary breakfast and coffee were an added plus. Hotel was also a stop for the complimentary shuttle service to the shops/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at The Atlantic Suites while visiting friends in Delray Beach. We did not spend much time at the hotel but we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nice having a balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee. The included breakfast was average but there are several dining options nearby. The hotel location is great - close to the beach and the local shopping. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. I appreciated the text message updates prior to and during our stay.

This is our 4th year staying at this hotel. We started when it was a Marriott Residence Inn (and we miss the points) BUT the new company does a way better job managing and maintaining this property. The location and the 1 bedroom room type with small kitchen and 2 full balconies are what keep us coming back. Just a quick 5min walk to the beach, with dozens of options for food, we love Sazios for pizza and sandwiches, Playa Bowls, 3 Natives, all right downstairs. The hotel offers daily breakfast which is great. My kids love the Waffle maker. Lol. Rooms are clean, spacious, updated. Pool and jacuzzi are great. We love Delray and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This is a very comfortable hotel in a great location. The overall service was excellent. The breakfast was well stocked with an accommodating staff. The icing on the cake was when my rental car battery failed and the desk Marian was able to arrange for another manager Rick to offer a cable jump which needless to say when on vacation was a huge time saver. I would return to this hotel and recommend it to others.
