Look the house is well kept and it is away from everybody and quiet BUT, the beds are like sleeping on brick slabs (it's 2024 get some better mattresses) the Internet is decent at times but drops a lot, the house creeks really bad so anything you do upstairs everyone downstairs will know. It does have a game room but with outdated game systems and rackety foosball table.
