From day one of the walk through to the day of the owner was amazing! He was so helpful with suggestions on set up, gave great vendor recommendations and was great with accommodating. The venue speaks for itself- from the moment you walk in there is so much beauty and light. The bridal suite is something out of a Disney movie with marble floors, amazing floor mirrors and several vanity areas to get ready in the best light. Also good space downstairs for cocktails and socializing. If you have a romantic, rustic vision for your wedding I would give this venue 10/5 stars!

The bicentennial barn was a fantastic host for our wedding event! They were super accommodating and communicated great. They were there the day of getting the venue in perfect shape and took care of so much for us, really helped reduce our stress for our wedding. The venue is naturally beautiful and made decorating for our vision super easy to achieve and only needed minimal touch to make it perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and better host.

As soon as we pulled into the driveway, my daughter and I were enthralled with the building. Then when we opened the huge barn doors and walked in, we instantly knew this was what we had been looking for. We had visited many other venues in Dayton and Cincinnati. They were all the same; nice, but missing something.
The owners have done a magnificent job with the indoor lighting and decor that you really don’t need a lot of decorations. There were even a few items they already had that they allowed us to use. That saved in cost, transporting, and cleanup. Lots of room upstairs and downstairs for different gathering options. Bridal suite is large and beautiful with lots of mirrors, outlets, and counter space. Everything a bridal party would want.
We received so many compliments from our guests and wedding party on this venue. Many people from out of state told us they have never seen or been to a wedding venue like this. One of our favorite things was the church bell that the bride and groom rang at the end of the ceremony. Unique.
Chris is very easy to work with, get a hold of, and talk with. He answers back quickly and is never bothered by any questions we had. A pleasure to work with.
I would definitely recommend The Bicentennial Barn to anyone looking to have a wedding to remember.

For my daughter's recent wedding, The Bicentennial Barn was a breathtaking venue that combined rustic charm with modern features (it's handicap accessible - which was important for our family). Nestled in a convenient location in Huber Heights, this well-known event space located adjacent to I-70 was a cozy, romantic atmosphere my daughter loved.

The barn itself has been beautifully restored by the operator, with original woodwork and plenty of space for both the ceremony and reception with around 275 people. This is not just "a barn"... it has been fully renovated and was incredibly comfortable, even when the temperatures outside were in the 20s. During the walk-through, the operator (Chris) took the time to answer lots of questions that I had about the renovation and modernization process for the venue - it's amazing how well the craftsmanship of the original building was combined with modern improvements.

Leading up to the event, Chris was incredibly professional and helpful in the planning process. He was present for both the rehearsal as well as the day-of festivities to make sure anything we needed was addressed. The location was one of several which my daughter toured and the fees as well as payment arrangements were very reasonable compared to the others. Would absolutely recommend to others.

We absolutely loved having our wedding here! It was so gorgeous and we really didn’t even need to decorate but it just added to the overall experience and look to personalize it for us! It was a fantastic space and it was nice to have on site bride and groom rooms to get ready in before the ceremony!

I went here for my best friend’s wedding reception in June. When I stepped into the building I was in awe!! The bridal sweet was gorgeous and the perfect place to take getting ready pictures! The inside and outside were both beautiful!!🤍
