We had my daughter's first birthday here and everything was perfect! Large prep kitchen, ice machine, tables and chairs and it was very clean. We had some issues with the breakers but the owners were super quick to respond and get us all sorted! We had about 60 people and had extra room to spare! Highly, highly recommend and will certainly rent again.

Was a great place to throw our sons 2nd birthday party at! It fit 40 people perfectly. It worked out great and had plenty of space still for the kids to run around and have space to play. I worked with Jen throughout the planning. She answered any questions we had while planning. We sent some reference photos over and she created an awesome balloon garland for us! The extras they had set up for us prior were awesome, and even if we needed some quick last minute things she was fine with making sure those changes happened if needed. We will be using them again for events like this. And I would definitely recommend them!

The Blank Space was really nice, warm, and charming. We went for a wedding, which was wonderful. This place could be used for so many special events and occasions.

Great space for our family get together. A few people had trouble finding it without a sign outside, and a handicap accessible entrance could have been useful, but we made it work!

I’m sure our husband’s would have liked a tv to watch the game, or play slideshows for other events, but maybe that will be added with time!

What a pleasant surprise! My BFF rented this for my Godson's graduation and it was perfect!!!!!! You will not regret renting this space. Thank you to the owners for te work they put in to make this space possible!

It is, what it sounds like. A blank space. To hold parties. The main room holds like 70 ppl maybe a little more at Max. Its a nice place to hold a graduation party or a baby shower, things like that.

Went to a first birthday party last weekend and it’s such a cute space! Love how open it felt even though there was a large group. Enjoyed the food having its own space! Cupcake wall was such a cute touch! My only complaint is there was no changing stations and many babies! Otherwise totally recommend!
