My family and I have been staying at The Breakers for years! Staff is so friendly. The resort is gorgeous. Rooms are spacious, clean, renovated. Perfect for a couples trip, business, and family. We love love coming for Thanksgiving, Easter, New Years- all of the holidays. They always do amazing activities for kids! This is our favorite resort in the world and we've been all over! We always feel like we are coming to our second home. All of the restaurants are beyond amazing. The property and the pools / beach / golf course are top notch. There is truly nowhere like The Breakers! Over the course of coming here for over 20 years we have nothing bad to say.

We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding. The room was so full of smoke we had to change to a new room. The experience was frustrating and inconvenient. Plus, if we hadn't complained we would have been charged $250 to fumigate the room. There was a sign that said that in our new room but not in the original, smoky one. Our suite was supposed to have an ocean view, but there was so much roof that it was a peak-a-boo view. I am giving this hotel 1 star because I liked the french toast and 2 of the staff members.

Had a beautiful baby shower in the smaller room for 35 people it was just the right size. The help was great. Shannon was superb at helping us get the date for the event and communication with me back and forth. Gina was very helpful the day of our event The food was delicious I highly recommend it. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Had my daughter’s wedding at the Breakers. Everything was top notch from beginning to end. Gina and the entire staff were so accommodating and the room I booked was perfect and had a terrific view of the ocean.

My experience at The Breakers in Spring Lake was exceptional, largely due to the incredible service from Candace. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect setting for a relaxing meal (great music selection as well). I ordered a classic breakfast and will definitely be returning for the outstanding service and atmosphere.

There are no words to describe how magical this hotel is. From the classic feel of the rooms to the oceanfront views you will not be disappointed. Joe and his team will do whatever it takes to make your stay magical for many trips to come. My husband and I had the fortunate opportunity to be married at this magnificent location and guests still talk about the food, views, and ambience that this venue boasts. From a family trip away to a quick retreat this full service hotel will not disappoint you in anyway. There is no other property in the surrounding area that will provide you with an experience like the Breakers will. Be sure to book early because rooms book up quick, and dinner reservations are a must at this property — you don’t want to miss an opportunity to dine at their wonderful restaurant overlooking the Ocean Terrace.

A bit outdated for the price. We had no hot water the first day and i let the front desk know and they looked at me so baffled. The rest of the stay we had lukewarm showers. I liked the hot coffee in the morning, but comp waters should be included as well. Just a thought.|The food was delicious, and we enjoyed dinner, room service and porch delights!
