Bed was comfortable, AC was cool, shower was warm. Breakfast was free & good. I was only there a couple days while going to Knott's Berry Farm, which was like 15 min walk down the street.

This place may look nice but it is all false advertisement. The rooms are DIRTY, toilets clogged & not to mention it is infested with ROACHES! We live 4 hours away and left late at night instead of staying there. The front office refused to refund our money and wanted to move us to a different room......NO THANK YOU!!!!!!! I wish I could rate this place a big 0!!!!

It was an okay place …. We stayed here twice ….
The second time, the lady that checked us in was great. Recommendations. And very pleasant.
Breakfast was meh. Waffles. No protein.
The room layout was perfect for a group of 6. 3 queen beds. Price was decent.

However,
Hot tub was cold.
Bathroom was super dirty. I don’t think they cleaned it. Random hairs on the walls. Stains on the tub. Weird red marks on the walls.
The paths were filthy. You would think they could wash them every know and then.
No water out to fill up a water bottle.
Tables outside not clean.
Garbage cans overfilling.

Would I stay again? Probably not.

Rooms had bugs and for 4 pple there were only 2 towels.location is hard to get in and out during traffic. Service in the morning the chubby Hispanic lady is very nice and accommodating.
We left a bag there and housekeeping refuses to give it to us. The hotel says housekeeping is separate from them. They stole several items.

The facility is falsely advertised and rated. Not 3 star. Not a hotel-it is a motel. Customer Rating inflated. Not clean. Poor customer service with housekeeping staff. They do not clean very good in general nor do they like to be informed of this systemic problem. Front desk were ok in general. Dee was quite helpful all and all. Long night last night. Poor quality motel. Lobby pretty nice. Felt dirty. The sheets were actually clean. Everything else, not so much. Itched all night. Checked out. Seeking full refund for last two nights.

For the price, it met expectations. Not particularly clean, not particularly dirty. Breakfast was mediocre (no meat or eggs), rooms had plenty of space, outlets were dicey.

The staff has been fantastic, though. Friendly, helpful, and energetic. Best part of this experience. 🙂

I was so happy with the location. The room had so much potential. But tlwe went to shower, black stuff started coming out with the water. The jaccuzi was yellowish green and smelled like hot dogs. Then to top it off the biggest roach we've ever seen popped out on us in out room. They did move us to another room. I did kill a spider and a June bug, but I was just too tired and needed sleep.

Roaches. Didn’t notice them until night time they were huge. Got a video with the roaches, crawling around the floor and was still denied a refund. Call back to talk to a manager the next day they said they would work on a refund and they never called me back. Be aware they are roaches if you stay here
