The room was nice and quiet with an ac vent right above so we where kept cold, the location wasn't to bad and is close to alot of points of interest. I was surprised at the value we got for the room and felt that I lucked out. I would definitely book again If I go to San Antonio again.

This place was amazing! It was clean, cozy, and literally a home away from home! Restaurants were not far at all, definitely walking distance. The Pearl was about an 8 minute drive as well, so I was able to do some quick dinner pick ups!

The units were absolutely spotless and in a fantastic location. Even though there was some construction going on during my stay, Lauren went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She was kind and accommodating and made sure I had the perfect unit for focusing on my work, which made a huge difference. It’s rare to find that kind of personalized service, and it left a lasting impression on me. Thanks to her efforts, I had a truly enjoyable and productive stay. From now on, I’ll be prioritizing Placemakr properties whenever I travel.

This was our first time visiting San Antonio. This is a new hotel in the area. It was really nice and clean. One of the staffers named Jerrod was a joy at the hotel. He was so nice and great to have conversation with. We had an issue in the room, and he came up with a solution right away. If we had a chance to visit again, this would be our go-to hotel. It was close to everything. Keep the great work!

Our room was adorable! Very brand new and clean/comfortable. We had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The staff was very helpful!
***Please know there is no parking and you have to walk to a paid garage at which you get charged every time you drive in and out.

Our stay at The Continental powered by Placemakr in San Antonio was absolutely fantastic! The fully contactless experience was seamless, yet everything we needed was readily available. Our spacious room featured thoughtful amenities including a stackable washer and dryer making it feel like a true home away from home.

The location was perfect, with great restaurants nearby and the Riverwalk just a short walk away. We’re especially excited about their upcoming expansion next year! A special shoutout to Jerrod he was the absolute best! His knowledge of the area, from fun spots to explore to fascinating historical facts, made our trip even more memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at the Placemakr Continental in San Antonio with my mother (July 30–Aug 4, 2025), and our experience was extremely disappointing. The two-bedroom suite we were promised was not cleaned — the floors were dirty, the couch stained, the stove and oven greasy with food residue, and the refrigerator unclean. There was no housekeeping staff on-site, and we were given cleaning supplies to tidy the space ourselves.

We were moved to two separate one-bedroom suites, losing key amenities such as the oven, and even those rooms were not properly cleaned. My mother was later woken by loud construction outside her window. When we raised concerns, a staff member became hostile, threatened to cancel our stay and have us removed by security, and falsely accused us of planning a credit card dispute.

I documented everything with photos and submitted a complaint to corporate, but after multiple follow-ups, I have received no resolution. This was an unacceptable experience, and I cannot recommend this property.

This place was amazing to stay at. My room was actually a 2 bedroom apartment, full size kitchen, full living room, full bathroom with shower in both rooms, washer and dryer, and pet friendly.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The lady that worked on June 4th and 5th (sorry didn't catch her name) seen my son in his blues (Air Force uniform) and just gave him a lint roller for his uniform. Thank you for that. Jerrod was awesome, he knew I was coming in from New Mexico and would be arriving late. He made sure everything was set up for me to get into the building, and assured me I would have a place to stay upon arriving. My overall stay was fantastic. Thank you all for everything.
