What a great little cottage. The beds were so comfortable and cozy, it felt divine to curl up in it with the fireplace on.

The spa is super cute and a great place to get ready for a wedding.

Staff were all very kind and super helpful.

This is an adorable b&b. the theme is all white which makes everything very clean and relaxing. the bed was GREAT. Our hostess Kelly was fantastic. We had one issue. We were there for a wedding and so everyone was getting ready at the same time and we ran out of hot water for showers. I would still highly recommend the Cottage House. We used the spa on the morning of the wedding and everyone was happy with their treatments.

Stayed here for a wedding and just loved the all white beach theme of this B&B. The rooms were clean and very well decorated and while it's an older building, it was a very comfortable stay. The bathrooms are updated, well stocked with high quality products and the towels and bathrobes were wonderful! The property is on a "main road" but since it's a small town, the traffic isn't noticeable at night. I would definitely recommend this Inn for anyone in town for a wedding or just a nice relaxing weekend away- it's adorable!

We arrived and were the only guests staying. The room we were given was beautiful. This was a lovely gem of a find in a beautiful little town. ||||The room was all white and very tastefully decorated. The B & B caters for weddings so the whole place has a white/love theme which was nice. Our breakfast was lovely. The staff were great and very friendly approachable and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in helping us out.||||I would perhaps have expected a TV in the room but we thought oh well we can surf the net but the free Wi-Fi didn't work (there was a signal but both our ipads kept getting booted off before we could do anything for some reason). A coffee maker in the room would have been nice too although I'm not sure if we were allowed to use the kitchen; this wasn't mentioned so we didn't. . However, these are minor points and the place was very reasonably priced for such a lovely B & B. ||||I would definitely recommend you visit, great location, lovely rooms, great breakfast, and fantastic staff..what's not to like?

Unbelievably charming! This cottage is extremely well appointed. Every detail has been carefully and thoughtfully taken care of. It's the perfect location for a bridal party to stay in, or for a family reunion. It's an hour from Boston. You will love this place!

Let me start with the positives...the place was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Now on to EVERYTHING ELSE:. Super expensive... $250 to $350 a night while we were there for a wedding at LTM. No AC and no fans (I guess that is part of the "old rustic" charm which is fine but the windows are painted shut so no way to get any air flow at all and it got very hot and humid. While we were there the water heater was broken. They did call someone to fix it however no shower for me that day. Another "charming" attribute is that the foundation is very off and warped making it a real challenge simply to move around. Weird decor considering there is no beach in site. If you want any modern amenities (fridge, TV, etc) stay elsewhere- they have WIFI and it worked for maybe 10% of the time for me. I'm sure there are guests who would love this "quaint B&B" however I left wondering what my money was paying for.

Absolutely stunning rooms, comfort is the specialty here. With spa services on sight it is a dream come true! Could not have been more happy with my stay here!
