Still nice, but showing signs of being run down. Coffee is ridiculously weak, dead palm tree by the pool with lights around it... What used to be a fountain has no water in it. Depending on where you need to be in the area I would recommend Radisson Silicone Valley in Sunnyvale. It is updated and has great customer service for comparable/better price depending on the day of the week.

Service and location are good. The room size is large, swimming pool is nice. But the carpet is too dirty, if hotel doesn’t clean it everyday, need give everyone one time slippers. It’s too dirty!

My husband and I stayed here for seven days. It was a relaxing experience in comfortable, reasonably clean accommodation with a heated pool and hot tub. Best part was its convenient location, very close to Safeway, Chipotle and some nice stores. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and always served with a smile.

The continental breakfast was reasonable if I ignore the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and vegetarian protein options. It offered white and brown bread, assorted muffins, fruits, boiled and scrambled eggs, sausage, potato capsicum mix, yogurt and cereals. Coffee was available 24x7, though it was hot only during the early hours. The "happy hour" was a nice touch; beer, wine, coke and sprite were available.

The facility requires renovation and attentive maintenance. Housekeeping staff should be more careful while doing their job. However, I have to mention that not all housekeeping staff was careless, some days the job was well done.

Very poor breakfast, completely opposite of what is shown in their site. One morning there was even no bread available. There were paper cups only. It looked like management has changed and the service was worsen due to cost cuts. I don't recommend if you enjoy a good breakfast.

first the good part. The staff is very nice and try to be helpful. The location is also convenient, right off the 280 freeway.
now the bad part (unfortunately). First, be careful walking to the shopping center nearby to eat something. I got some food and walking back around 8pm, a guy tried to rob me as the parking lot is dark. I would have thought Cupertino (home of Apple) is safe but apparently not. I wouldn't let my wife walk outside alone near this hotel. Besides that, there are other things to know. The free breakfast is horrible, and I wouldn't eat that for fear of getting sick. The building itself is old and not cared for. The photos of the building are very misleading. Dirty, dimly lit, and the hallways were freezing (they have outdoor hallways). That lead to my biggest shock, which was to find a mouse in our bathroom! Actually, my wife got up in the morning to use the bathroom and she shrieked at seeing the mouse run around when the lights came on. What was disappointing however, was the hotel's response. We called the front desk at 7am and the guy was nice, but was UNABLE TO HELP BECAUSE HOUSEKEEPING WASN'T AVAILABLE UNTIL 9AM! So we were stuck without a bathroom and worried the mouse will crawl under the bathroom door into the bedroom. That about sums up this hotel. Good staff but it's the same as a Motel 6 but 2x the price.

I don't know why so many had bad experiences here recently, but my experience was good. I only paid $100 for a night that I found a deal online. The hotel was completely clean. It was also quiet. I didn't hear any other guests. Area felt safe even at night. All the employees were nice to me.

The room was big and clean as well. My only gripe was the shower. The shower head and the tub spout came out at the same time while I was showering. It's not an issue, but a waste of water. Also, the shower head temperature is delayed compared to the tub spout.

There is complimentary breakfast. They had scramble eggs, boiled eggs, potatoes, fruits, pastry, cereal, juices, and coffee. News is played in the lobby. Parking is free for guests. Didn't find anything wrong with the place. I would stay here again.

I paid £123.25 to stay here for 2 nights. I chose not to have breakfast as I met people instead. This hotel is completely fine, and for the price I paid it was a bargain. Everything was clean, sure every hotel could use some sort of renovation but it's all functional and clean. Staff were friendly, location is excellent and safe.

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are mediocre at best, the morning breakfast is downright disgusting, and the air conditioning doesn’t even work. The room service is a joke—completely useless. To top it all off, the front desk staff are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Despite all these issues, they don’t even have the basic decency to provide water bottles in the room. An utterly horrible experience!
