My wife and I have worked with The Estate Planning Team, Inc. for many years. I first heard of them when I listened to their radio programs, driving to work. It was then that I first heard of RMD (“required minimum distribution”), an issue about which I was ignorant. My wife and I had saved and invested over the years but we were not certain we had saved enough. My ignorance about the RMD issue and its potential effect on our finances made me realize that some serious attention needed to be paid to financial planning and our retirement and estate plans. I realized also that if I was blissfully unaware of RMD, there were certainly other issues that should be addressed. Thus, we met with The Estate Planning Team.
Under the guidance of The Estate Planning Team a comprehensive and focused analysis and review of financial issues, including net worth, goals, lifestyle maintenance, income tax and investment analysis etc., were made. Everyone has different financial circumstances, goals and needs. A customized and thorough analysis and plan was developed specific to our circumstances and goals. The plan is updated on a yearly basis as circumstances, both personal and external, change. Consequently, we feel very confident about achieving our goals and navigating these turbulent and ever changing times.
My wife and I have very high confidence in the team. We find them professional, thorough, experienced, very knowledgeable and proactive; they will always carefully explain issues. The team is always available to address any questions or issue and make adjustments as needed We have enjoyed and greatly benefitted from working with The Estate Planning Team and will continue to do so throughout our retirement years.

My husband and I began working with the Estate Planning Team many years ago. The Team has continued to work with me after my husband's passing, keeping me informed and explaining things (sometimes several times) so I understand how to plan out my financial life, understand tax information, and working with my investment advisors so I can feel comfortable with the choices I make.
The Team does not push products, they make suggestions and will review information so you, as the client, feel comfortable.
I know people who do not have a financial plan or planner ... I wouldn't be without one.
Their office hours are workable for most, and once they have worked with you, office visits may not be necessary, online visits can be done.
I wish we had started earlier, but there's no time like the present.

We have been clients of the Estate Planning Team since 2011 and have found that the planning process and recommendations made are excellent.
