Alex and his team were wonderful to work with! They all had such great attitudes both set up and take down. They helped me with all the details for a beautiful wedding at Saguaro Ranch on Sept. 28th 2024 on the record books of the hottest day in Sept. history 117 degrees. I don't have a bad thing to say! They were one of the smoothest parts of my wedding day: they came in, set up as instructed, and left - seamless!
They were also very patient with several change requests and even accommodated a last minute add on the night before to help us out. Their prices are a little higher compared to some smaller rentals but the quality of their services and products make them worth it! Thank you Event CO!

The Event Co. was nothing short of professional. They really got us out of a pickle last minute. They were able to provide us a dance floor. The delivery and pick up team were super nice and helpful and understanding and just willing to help as much as they could. The entire process of working with this agency was a breeze, from their beautiful catalog, to their customer service, To their delivery and pick up. They have a customer for life in us.

Though there was a hiccup with my order, Alex was quick to make it right. They cleaned their furniture and set it up where we asked. It looks great and imo they had the best selection in the area. Alex is super understanding and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need, like in my case where I forgot to order an entire set of chairs. Would recommend for any event!

Thank You Event Co. The team did an outstanding job! Drop off, set-up and take down. The quality of the products and the communication from the set-up staff was so thorough. I was unable to be on-site at time of set-up and everything was done perfectly. After set-up was complete, I received a call asking if I want to FaceTime or see photos to approve. I reviewed the photos and everything was set in the exact spot. Our rental pkg included a black and white dance floor, bar, dj, tables and chairs. Thank you The Event Co.

The Event Company came through on short notice. Due to heavy rain the day before our event we needed a dance floor…quick! We had multiple bands booked for our 3 day event and our dance area was no longer very inviting. Thank you for contributing to a successful event!

The Event Co is outstanding! A very thorough and reliable company to work with in the valley. The Views At Superstition has relied on their services many times for special events like weddings and our annual big vendor nights. They have a huge inventory of products to pick from at reasonable prices. We recently opened a new outdoor venue and we relied on EventCo for all the tables, chairs and lighting, they even brought the cocktail rounds, arches, and a very cool airstream photo booth. Check out the farm tables and bistro lighting and the LOVE sign! Thank you Event Co for making our planning easier!
