We had our wedding reception at The Factory on 10.25.25. It was THE BEST NIGHT EVER. The space was brought to life with such elegance and charm for out 100 guests. We wouldn't have chosen another venue for our wedding after this experience.

Working with Neil and Brett was an absolute joy. I can't tell you how much I would recommend this space for your event, whether it's a wedding party or otherwise. We hosted our farewell to Santa Barbara party here and it was fantastic. I appreciated the help and connections the venue provided. Our guests raved about our music provided through Riviera Culture Club. Of course, it was wonderful to have Satellite serving wine and beer at the bar. We miss being able to visit anytime now that we’ve moved.

The Factory was an amazing venue for our pre-wedding traditional Indian lunch. The space has a clean, modern industrial aesthetic and serves as a beautiful blank canvas with a great inventory of furniture and rentals. The flexible layout — including the barn, courtyard, and lot — allowed us to accommodate about 70 guests comfortably. Despite the extreme rain from an atmospheric river, the barn kept everyone warm and dry, and the courtyard worked well with heaters and umbrellas.

Neil was extremely easy to communicate with, honest, and helpful throughout the process. Given the stress of rearranging our entire wedding weekend due to weather and venue changes, he truly alleviated our burden by taking ownership of customizing and executing the layout for our event. His flexibility was invaluable — from reasonable décor guidelines to allowing outside catering and bar service, as well as offering morning setup time, night-before drop-offs, and easy vendor walkthroughs.

We highly recommend The Factory for anyone looking for a versatile, stylish venue with strong amenities and a supportive team — especially for couples planning multi-day events or needing a space that performs well in both good and bad weather.

We held our intimate wedding reception at The Factory in September 2025 and it was FABULOUS. I cannot recommend this venue enough! Our wedding was super small (18 people) and planned in only 4 months and The Factory team was willing to work with us every step of the way to bring our vision to life and stay within our budget (we never felt pressured and they were willing to be creative to help us cut down on cost). The venue can expand and contract to fit your needs and we loved how they were able to create a space that felt cozy and intimate for our small guest count. Especially great when kids are apart of the mix, because there's an enclosed space for them to run around and play. Food from Satellite was top-notch too. Drew was onsite to attend to all of our needs day-of. When in doubt, just book it! You won't regret it. We love The Factory!!

We hosted our wedding afterparty at The Factory, and from start to finish, Neil and Brett were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were professional, responsive, and kind, answering every question quickly and going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The venue itself was perfect for our celebration, and their communication throughout the process gave us complete peace of mind.

Even after the event, when an unfortunate and unexpected situation occurred (caused by one of our guests without our knowledge), Neil handled it with incredible grace and understanding. His kindness and professionalism in dealing with the situation only reaffirmed what genuinely wonderful people he and Brett are.

We’re deeply grateful to them both for their patience, empathy, and the care they put into what they do. We would wholeheartedly recommend The Factory to anyone looking for a beautiful space run by truly exceptional people.

We held a staff part for 100 people here and it was incredible. Party started at 6 and when I showed up at 5:30 the space was set up beautifully, I had to do nothing! 100% of the stress of throwing a large party is making sure everything is in order and the factory staff made it seamless and simple- and honestly super fun and beautiful. I am so grateful to have such a rad event space in SB- perfect for any sized party or gathering. The space itself is perfect and beautiful- pair that with the bar service from Satellite and we brought in a DJ - manny magneto- it was honestly perfect, can’t recommend enough!!

We held our wedding reception at The Factory in May of last year, and let me tell you it was everything we could have hoped for AND MORE!

We had toured a lot of venues in our search for 'the one' and we loved The Factory as it provided the perfect backdrop to customize our reception to our own vision. The team was incredibly responsive and easy to work with throughout the planning process, and helped us figure out every detail from our rental order, to food and beverage selection (all delicious), to live entertainment (having Brett & Co. play live jazz for the dinner hour was an incredible suggestion.)

Everyone went above and beyond on the actual day to make sure our reception went off without a hitch. Our guests raved about the space and the thoughtfulness of the staff, and we absolutely loved the refined-yet-laid-back vibe The Factory afforded us. Dining and dancing under the stars in their little slice of Santa Barbara is something we could do over and over again. We would absolutely recommend hosting your event here!

My now husband and I had our wedding rehearsal dinner at The Factory and we highly recommend the venue! The outdoor space was wonderful. The food was amazing provided by Satalite! The service was great top notch too! The experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Not only are they responsive with communication, they exceeded our expectations on so many levels!
