The hotel has a great location, with many chain restaurants nearby, which made dining convenient. Our room was clean and tidy, and overall, it offered good value for the money. The only downside was the lack of clear information about the pool. We couldn’t get a proper answer about its availability, so we ended up skipping it.

Not horrible: room was clean, bed didn't have fitted sheets which was weird, very thin old blanket, fine whatever. King room with veiw of pool? You do not want to see that. No where on their site does it mention breakfast but their Google page does...twice. Staff seemed like they would rather die than crack a smile. I stayed here for the price. You get what you pay for.

The room smelled of mold, very musky. The outdoor pool was dry. Front desk was very rude and abrasive when I had a couple questions for them. And then at 1:30 in the morning, I wake up with some weirdo in my bed who crawled in through the window. Windows don’t lock. Called the front desk got shut down by them, said she was gonna call the manager and go home. I collected all my things went to the front desk asked for a refund. I just got done paying for a full week. She said I had talked to the manager. She gave me his first name and would not give me her name so I left.

If I could give a negative star review for any place it’d be here. Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had so please save your money, book on super.com for the sleep inn because it’s 10X better and literally the same price.

First thing is first. They say online that there’s free breakfast, there’s not. The WiFi does not work on the bottom floor so if you have pets expect that. Staff is disgustingly rude. Beds have LITERAL HOLES dug into then plus they’re so uncomfortable and gross as well as the sheets sliding off exposing the bare mattress that has never been cleaned. God awful bugs and smells.

I was here for work so I had to bring my two year old child with me and I’m currently 7 months pregnant. Staff who I was told was maintenance seemed to only speak Spanish which is fine because I also speak Spanish, but they didn’t know that and because I’m white they assumed I didn’t know what they were saying. I did. Every time I passed the maintenance men they were talking about how they could try to separate me from my daughter….. I did not like that one bit, the following few days they kept knocking on my door saying front desk needs me, for what? I paid in full and paid my deposit nobody should be needing me. So I said oh okay one second and I grab my daughter to walk down to the desk and the maintenance man says oh no we watch baby for you. In fluent Spanish I look him in the eye and tell him. Absolutely not, I will be taking my child up front with me if they truly need me. The look on his face when he finally realized that I knew they were trying to traffic my child and possibly myself was so worth it. I slammed the door in his face packed my stuff and I left.

THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!
Safe to say it’s never a dull moment at this hotel. Bugs in every room, rude disgusting staff, never quiet, random fees.
I needed to renew my room and couldn’t because I get paid in cash and have to walk to the bank to deposit money due to car issues. I have a three year old who was napping when hotel staff I’m assuming maintenance started POUNDING on the sliding glass door as I’m on the bottom floor near the courtyard. He can barely speak English and the only thing he says is front desk needs you. I told him I can’t leave the room as my child is sleeping and I refuse to leave her alone in a room where staff can enter without permission. Sorry not happening. Told him I’d go up there as soon as I can and when my child wakes up. He proceeds to put me on the phone with the front desk where I have to repeat myself ten times for them to actually listen to what I’m saying. When I finally get up to the front desk they tell me I need to pay a pet fee, I said I already paid the pet fee and was told I didn’t have to pay it again when I renewed the room. They said no that I had to pay it again plus the $70 damage fee that my dog did. I said what damage? She’s a chihuahua she can’t do much, nothing was damaged. They called up the person who told me I didn’t have to pay the fee again and the same person who put the $70 charge in place. When he came up they asked him why that was there and he just says oh I don’t know I just felt like it needed to be put on there. I then had to go back and fourth from my room to keep forking over more money to them so they would STOP BANGING ON MY DOOR TRYING TO WAKE UP MY THREE YEAR OLD. After that fiasco was over I hear the 800th domestic violence dispute of the day from one of the rooms.

So please stay here if you love to go broke and deal with sketchy staff as well as ungodly domestic violence from the neighboring rooms

There isn't a free breakfast that all Hilton honors gives, they are doing construction here on my floor so instead of seeing a beautiful hallway we see stuff everywhere. Floor isn't even, hallway has soft spots and big ones at that. Overall unhappy with this hotel and won't be back to this one. Only nice thing I can say is they had the room nice and cool when I got in. Room was clean so it wasn't all bad. Just disappointing.

Bugs bugs bugs...it was a 2 day stay and everything was going good until we woke our last day and found bed bugs in the mattress of the beds.informed front desk and got treated like crap.from management and assistant manager. Now the whole time it was great and so nice to us.until we found bugs then they treated us like crap and we were told to leave or else.didnt have any problems until that morning..we ended up putting them in a white cup and showing managers but was told they were seeds you eat not bugs. The assistant manager was rude and told us we brought the bugs in and made it look like they had bed bugs..unfortunately we won't be going back to a hotel that sends bed bugs home with you after your stay to clean your house and rid the bed bugs no thank you..no deposit or reimbursement was even given.but we pass on the bed bugs.

Avoid at all costs. Was in town for work. Weekly rate was decent. Room had sticky carpet, neighbors had ankle monitor, never could get the toilet to go down without a bucket. Let them know about this. 1st night. Rest of the week had to use the trash can as a bucket to flush. Wow. Then you go to the desk for clean towels and they act like you are scum of the earth. Never, ever, never again. I would rather sleep in my car.
