Robin's hospitality is un-matched! I've never felt so welcomed or accommodated while traveling. The motel is close to the Steel Creek campground so that made it easy to go on our trip. 10/10 Would recommend the Gordon.

I understand the owners are trying to turn around an older motel thats seen better days, but they should not be charging 3+ star rates for a 2 star hotel without a TV and folded paper shades on the windows. It was clean and there were some nice minor amenities, but it is not for someone used to a more elegant room.

My family and I made a spontaneous trip to Jasper. The owner, Whitney, was amazing! You can tell she really cares about every guest that comes through. She was present, accommodating, and kind. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and great for what we needed this weekend. I was very impressed with her ability to work with us to make our stay a good one. My family and I can't wait to go back to see all the great work they have done at The Gordon!

Horrible. Thin paper covers the windows which allows light through. One cup coffee maker is a joke. No TV. No ice maker. Are you serious? I want my money back. It's a $35 a night old motel that charges $125 per night. Carpet was gross and torn up. AC was directly over one of the beds and was too loud. Only redeeming quality is the location.

Don’t stay here!! They don’t pay their help! Rooms are musty and bathroom tile is broken. No light in shower. Trash is piled up.

They are in the process of renovating, therefore I may be a bit harsh in this. I will be visiting Gordon again in May or June 2023. Excellent owner with a great desire to take care of you.
