We attended a wedding at the Grove. It is a first class venue and the wedding was the best that we've ever attended. Everything about this venue was top-notch. The atmosphere, the food, the service.

I attended my friends’ wedding here last week. The place and party were great. It is not that far from the Venetian and Legacy Castle which i have attended wedding in those places too. However, they were late to start the ceremony, the grooms and their guests had to wait for 30 mins until the previous ceremony finished. But the reason why i gave 1 star actually if i can give a 0 star i would because they tolerate stealing and dishonesty! That night of the wedding, i accidentally left my shawl with CC brooch in one of the tables by the vallet. As soon as i arrived home (after 30mins) i called the place and left a vm about it. The next day, i called the place and spoke with Remy. I reported what happened and asked help to retrieve it. She told me that she will check lost and found but doubted that it was there and insinuated that maybe one of the guests took it. She told me she will get back to me but she never did. I asked her if i could just drive and check myself she told me
I can’t since i don’t have an appt. I waited the whole day for her to get back to me for an update but she never did. I have been telling/asking my friends who were at the party and one of them told me that someone found my shawl and turned it over to the valet. I was hopeful that i will be able to get it back since they are a reputable venue. I called them up as soon as i got the news but no one’s picking up so i left a message. I thought that they were just busy and that’s the reason why Remy did not call me back that day. The next day, immediately call them again and spoke with Remy again and this time she told me that it was not found and that she has received my voicemail. She told me why did the guest turn it over to the valet who were working that night and that they were from an agency and they don’t have any responsibility for any lost items. I was so devastated as i didn’t feel they don’t want to help or investigate what happened. She told me that she already contacted the agency and that there were only 5 valet personnel that night and that she will let me know. The whole day i waited again for an update that i did not get. I told the grooms that i felt that Remy doesn’t want to help me retrieve the shawl. The groom emailed his wedding coordinator that night. Next day i called the place again but was told Remy is doing something else and another lady offered to assist me. I relayed the info with her and she said she is familiar with the details and she handed the phone to the manager (Jason). He told me that he will personally handle the investigation and would give me an update as he still needs to review the video footage and to give him more than 24 hours. He relayed that he doesn’t know why he can’t play back the footage that night and needed his IT to troubleshoot. It has been a week now since the party but i still haven’t heard anything from that place. This is a warning to everyone, this place is glamorous and extravagant place but they are dishonest and they tolerate dishonesty and stealing. I will never recommend a place that tolerates stealing and dishonesty! I will never feel safe in a place like this.
