The HomeAides caregiver and administrative staff were great and very helpful. The caregiver was prompt and started right away. She took great care of my mom after her hip replacement. The one thing that could be improved in the timeliness of the HomeAides refunds. It took over a month for my parents to be refunded the excess that they paid upfront for the caregiver.

Our family is very pleased with the service we received from Homeaides for the past 3 years. My cousin was assisted by a wonderful helper, Akua Afriyie, during that entire time. Akua went out her way to make my cousin, Joan, comfortable, happy and safe. She attended to her every need on a 24/7 hour basis. She was cheerful, patient and professional under challenging circumstances. We were able to keep Joan in her home only because of the dedication of Akua. We considered her as a member of our family and we are going to miss her. I cannot recommend her higher. It has become necessary to move Joan to a memory care facility and we are sad that Akua is no longer with us. Whoever has Akua assist him/her will be very fortunate. I might add that the staff at Homeaides has been exceptional. They have always demonstrated a high level of professionalism and have been responsive and understanding.

When I suddenly needed a home health aide overnight I was so pleased to find The Home Aides who were able to immediately place someone and were great to work with. Also, the aide would be driven to and from the assignment so that having car problems was never going to be a problem. The aides were very nice and did their jobs well.

Elizabeth was wonderful do good with my mom. Very pleasant and helpful. However Marie was not great took my mom out of her home without permission left her alone in a car and was very rough with her. I reported that to Susan right away

Special thanks to Bridgette and Lucy for their hospice care in the last few hours of my Mom’s life. In particular, Lucy was there for us and for Mom in the final hour. We cannot express how grateful we are for her loving care, her knowledge and experience, and for her calm demeanor at that time. All of us felt that Lucy was like an angel sent from heaven to guide us through Mom’s final transition and to help make Mom’s final journey a peaceful one. During such a horrible time for us all, Lucy brought us much needed peace, love, and understanding. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

What a joke. I had signed a contract for 2 overnights with my mom and never showed. Both scheduled days. Absolutely don’t trust these people to care for any loved ones.

Susan and company were able to help us quickly and efficiently to ensure my father had the appropriate personnel in place to gain access to his assisted living facility. Additionally, their rates compare favorably to other companies. Excellent company to work with.
