Absolutely fantastic experience. Everyone, absolutely everyone from valet to front desk to housekeeping were wonderful. Everyone greeted me with a smile and a warm, genuine welcome and was happy to assist me. I had a high floor, ocean view room but I'm sure the high city facing rooms have a great view as well. This place is the real deal!! One of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The restaurant also has a amazing ocean view and great french toast!

Had a nice stay at the Huntley Hotel. The location is perfect as it's an easy walk down a ramp to the beach and is perfectly situated next to many great attractions in Santa Monica.

The room was nice; although, there was a large hole in the carpet in the entryway. We brought this to the attention of the receptionist who seemed surprised it was there even though it was obvious that it had been there awhile. The only other issue we had was a case of the missing bathrobe. When we arrived, there was only one bathrobe. We called and requested a second. It came. Then housekeeping apparently removed it when cleaning the next day. We called again and they delivered another one. It was odd.

Otherwise, beautiful hotel in a great location. I would stay here again.

The room was great and loved the shower. Lots of good restaurants and shopping within walking distance.There was a nice view of the ocean from the room. The little cafe in the lobby was great for breakfast before starting the day and was open early.

The Huntley was an amazing place to stay in Santa Monica to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary! For the most part, the service was excellent. The valet drivers offered a warm greeting and the front desk attendees were welcoming. Edmond the driver was friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was very clean and high tech! We loved it. The one opportunity for improvement is the noise. We were in 912 and moved to 1712 due to hearing so much noise, but it worsened after the move. We heard dishes being moved, the ice machine, doors closing, people talking in their rooms and more throughout our stay. It made our stay less than enjoyable. All in all- the location is phenomenal and the premises are pristine. If you don't mind constant noise while in your room then this is the perfect place in Santa Monica.

Lovely hotel, great location, great staff. Bathroom toilet needs replacing. It was sluggish, low profile. |The messaging about what is included was unclear and confusing. Breakfast (excellent) was included, but we kept getting different versions of what was really included, or how much we could spend.

Stayed at the Huntley for a company retreat and the best part about it wasn’t just the awesome rooms or the cleanliness. It was the amazing customer service. Wanna call our Chuck, our driver, specifically. He took us on a 4 hour long trip to Malibu > hike > lunch > back to the hotel safely and with the best energy. So… thanks Chuck. Keep being yourself!

Great location and great service. The staff are amazing. The restaurant on top of the hotel called The Penthouse is phenomenal for views over all of Santa Monica and the beach. But be aware that right now the marine layer obfuscates the sun until about noon. Great access to the Open Air Mall on 3rd Street. Easy to grab electric scooters and electric bikes and just Cruise along the beach. If you're looking for quintessential California, this place is it. Thanks Daniel and Blake for all of your hard work. Made my stay and writing Album H for bell's flowers memorable..;)

I needed to relocate during the LA fires and chose the Huntley because it's closest to my home in north Santa Monica. No discount was available for evacuees, and their service was uncaring and nonchalant. They had only one person at the concierge desk, so I had to wait 15 minutes just to get a replacement key. Their explanation I was given was that someone was on a break. So how about having adequate staff to cover breaks? This is not a cheap hotel - they should not be understaffed.
