Paid for single king bed room. No microwave in the room despite it being advertised on the website. Roaches in the room and the bathroom. One of corners in the room had significant damage and you could see through the drywall. Overheard some people in the hall call it "the family floor," which tracks because we could hear children screaming and running up and down the hall until like 8pm. Family playing football outside shirtless when we arrived. Carpet in room was damp and gross feeling,the bathroom was almost kinda damp when we arrived which is odd. Weird wet spots all throughout the hotel,like water pooled in front of the elevators. Random trash in the elevators.

It was incredibly cheap and we got what we paid for. Would not recommend unless you have literally no other option. Gross as hell and I feel bad I put my partner through that experience

Well it used to be a holiday inn express 15 years ago and I stayed there was really nice. Well I was on a vacation again and originally booked this hotel for 6 days. But before I did I stayed one night. As soon as I entered the property you came to the guest house and it was awful you didn’t need your key the door was held open with a plastic bag held the door open. Then we got to our room it took me 5 min to decide that I am not going to be able to stay another 5 nights. There was no microwave or refrigerator Then I relooked at the pictures and they are of the holiday inn express 15 years ago. I checkout the pool and It was black. Then I found a German cockroach in the bathroom. Along with the nasty room with no furniture in it other than a bed. It was a shell of its formal glory. This is a bad hotel. Do not be deceived by the pictures like we were. It’s nothing like pictures. I didn’t take pictures I just wanted out of the room. The room doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. And we paid 84.00 dollars. This hotel is not worth 30 dollars and you’re going Home with nasty cockroaches in your luggage. Again be aware of staying in this Inn at Boynton Beach. Unless you like filth and cockroaches.

Positive: Had to stay 2 nights on business, the bed sheets and towels appeared clean but I'm not positive. I was kind of grossed out. Negative: Hotel in serious disrepair, very dirty, neglected and smelled really bad. Walls needed patching, painting, rugs were wrinkled and disgusting. The place was seriously gross. Floors filthy even after washing. I'll never stay there again.

This is the worse hotel in Palm Beach County! Shower didn’t work, no toilet paper, no towels, microwave not plugged in, refrigerator not plugged in, I hurt my shoulder just trying to open and close the door, smells so bad I thought I was going to vomit every time I walked through the building. The front desk blonde older lady is very unprofessional and rude and unconcerned about the issues at hand. I would never return to this establishment even if it was complimentary for a year, I would reject their offer. And have the audacity to have a $100 deposit? This place is not worth $100 a week/month. Between the horrible experience and the drugs that flow through that place, I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Never Again

BED BUGS, ROACHES…The WORST Service I have ever seen. A bed bug crawled on my arm as I was falling asleep. I run out the door to see a roach right outside my door. I collected both in bags for evidence. I brought this up and the lady behind the desk acted like she couldn’t care less. I said I’d like my room to be comped and taken to a different floor, or that I would leave an honest review and the MANAGER said that “he can find accommodation elsewhere”. So at 11:35 at night after getting my full refund I now have to search for a new hotel with a suitcase certainly contaminated with bed bugs.

I was there for about 2 weeks and my stay was great Miss Darlene from the front desk was the best person I ever dealt with . She's very sweet and understand. Ms Darlene is a very sweet person and I will go there again just for her because she's very understandable and very sweet and I had the best experience there with her.

Roaches were so bad in our room,we had to buy traps. Children that live at the hotel are unattended and out of control. The swimming pool is discussing, green in color. The TV is connected to wifi, which goes out on the regular. The only good thing about our stay was the hot water.

Positive: The location is central to many of the areas ammenities. Negative: The staff upon arrival was rude. No insignia nor were there any signage providing for safety. This hotel had an odor of foul trash. which was outdide many rooms throughout the hotel which remained unattended throughout our entire stay (one Day).
