The location was in the downtown area and surrounded by nice homes which made taking a walk a pleasure. I enjoyed the patio out back and the stars were so bright.
The breakfast was absolutely fabulous with "Chef Dan's" creations extraordinary as well as Amy's fruit parfaits. Never had better scrambled eggs and the egg in a ham cup topped with cheese was so delicious.
The complimentary PIGS FLY coaster will certainly bring a smile and fond memories of my stay at 8th and Main. I would give the Inn ten stars if I could!!

When traveling to this part of Ohio for business, I would typically stay at a chain hotel in Zanesville. A coworker recommended the Inns and this place has made the A-list. The setting is unique, the rooms are large and beautifully done, the antique furniture pieces are enviable and welcoming. Dan & Amy are great hosts, and their home-made breakfasts are a great way to start the day.

Everything about the Inns at 8th & Main is immaculate. The house is spotless. The location is perfect, the breakfast was excellent (Dan's eggs are delicious!) and the pricing very reasonable. Dan and Amy were very accommodating from check-in to check-out. I have no hesitation is recommending their home as a location worth every penny.

Loved the Christie suite! Super comfortable beds, great shower, walking distance to Opera house and restaurant’s. Dan made a great breakfast for us and Amy shared her recipes. Great place to stay!

What an AMAZING experience staying at your beautiful Stone House in lovely McConnellsville! From the moment we were greeted by Amy & Dan we truly felt at home! I’ve stayed at many Irish B &Bs through the years where hospitality is what they are known for; this is the first time I truly felt like I was experiencing that level of hospitality in the US!! Thank you, Amy & Dan for making us feel right at home; a beautiful comfortable room; Miss Jane’s Suite & access to a lovely sitting room with the comfiest chairs & McCoy pottery that intrigued me. Breakfast was so delicious; a beautiful strawberry dish, sausage & gravy on the best homemade biscuits with perfect scrambled eggs! I will definitely be back! Don’t forget to explore their antique shop next door! There’s a McCoy vase waiting my return!

As many others have shared, the beds were luxurious!! My 2 sisters and I stayed in the Margaret Suite and it was clean, comfortable and decorated in such a delightful way. The breakfast was FABULOUS and Dan & Amy were friends from the start. They sat and chatted and shared their story and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend their hospitality and wonderful lodging. What a special colorful fall weekend to be in McConnelsville!

We had a lovely stay at the Inns at 8th and Main. McConnelsville was a pretty little town to visit at the holidays and we greatly enjoyed walking around the historic downtown and neighborhoods. And our B&B could not have been nicer - clean, historic, very well maintained, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious - all details were covered. I can't think of anything more we would have wanted. Highly recommend!

From comfortable beds and and beautiful furnishings, to warm hospitality and delicious food, this Inn is a great experience! The innkeepers have thought about your comfort right down to reading lights above the bed, fluffy towels and warm robes. No regrets, would definitely stay again!
