This salon is hands down the most welcoming salon I’ve ever been to. It’s warm cozy feeling when you walk in is very comforting. It’s extremely clean and the aesthetics are so relaxing. The people are beyond great, from the owner to the receptionist to the stylists, they are the kindest most talented individuals. I felt like I was talking to best friends and my hair feels and looks amazing. My stylist is Gina, and she is the best stylist I’ve ever been to. I am so happy to have found this salon, and I plan on recommending to all of my friends!

LOVE THIS PLACE! The owners, all the stylists, and atmosphere are top tier! So welcoming, great prices and very accommodating with my schedule. I personally go to Anahi and love her! She does exactly what I ask and more. My mom and sister drive three hours to also get their hair done by her because they love the salon and her that much! My favorite place for a blow out!!!

I am loyal to my stylist Gina! It was my first experience at her new location, and I have to say I was impressed. The vibe of the salon is intimate and personable. Much better than the “commercial” atmosphere that Plaza Salon had. When I first arrived I was pleasantly welcomed by Jessy and Sierra, and was offered complementary coffee. If you are looking for a salon that offers top of the line stylists, professionalism and personality, you have found the place! I highly recommend this salon for all your hair needs.

When I first heard the news that Plaza Salon at the Danbury Fair Mall was closing, my family and I panicked and that's not an exaggeration. We've been going over there for more than 15+ years. The staff there has been unmatched especially when it came to Jessie and Sierra who managed the front desk. When I found out my angel of a hairdresser, Janine, had moved to The Loft Hair Studio in New Milford, it was a no brainer that I would follow her to her new location. Come to find out that Jessie is the owner of this location, I was beyond ecstatic for her and her daughter Sierra. I agree with the other reviews that stated the salon is very cozy, welcoming, and clean. Pricing is very fair as well but let's be honest, I'd pay whatever for their services as these ladies are hard working and just some of the loveliest people on the planet. I had my overdue haircut just a few days ago and Janine was phenomenal, as always. I will be going back to about 2 weeks for hair coloring and I'm so happy that I know my girls have my back. I can't recommend these gals and salon enough. Just know that if you choose to go to the Loft Hair Studio, your hair is literally in good hands.

Love Jesse’s new studio! She has brought along with her, her daughter Sierra and several amazing stylists!! I personally love Annie, (Anahi). They have all worked together for about 20 years, and it shows. They are very professional, with a family vibe. As soon as you enter, there are warm smiles and great energy!! So happy to follow my hairdresser, Janine, to her new spot! I was also pleasantly surprised that Jessie and Sierra were the owners od this beautiful salon. I’ve been a customer of theirs for over 15 years at previous salons, so it made me so happy that I could continue being a patron. The salon is cozy, welcoming, and clean. Janine did a wonderful job as always with my bangs, and she also gave my husband a handsome haircut! Pricing is very fair too!
