If you want historical, charm, cozy with excellent service and decor then look no further! We booked this venue sight unseen and it was our favorite holiday party location by far! We had roughly 35 people + Santa for dinner, dancing and fun. Kyle was so attentive and Xander was one of the kindest souls on this planet. Kyle made it so that all I had to do was show up and celebrate with my team - he really tended to all of the details and took my vision and made it reality! We are already looking forward to next years event at OneSeventy Main!

This hidden gem of downtown Buford is all you need for your next fancy event.💕
The 100-year-old building is beautiful inside and out. The venue has two floors, they are well-distributed areas. We had our ceremony on main floor and the cocktail and picture hour on basement of building
The large colorful wall windows and high ceilings make it elegant and unique.
We had to reschedule a day before the event due to the hurricane Helene and Cyndi helped us with the transition of the event rescheduling in a very professional, safe and flexible way to accommodate another date without problems or delays.
The service Kyle, Cyndi and the staff gave us exceeded all our expectations and made our quinceañera celebration a success. 🎉🎊

Another very successful prom thanks to Cyndi and Kyle and One Seventy Main! The space is beautiful, authentic, and the natural aesthetics give so much with little decoration! I appreciate all that we are able to use for the price point and it is the perfect venue for our prom! We will be back again!

5/5 The whole process was pleasant, and very professional. Our host Kyle was very accommodating and dressed appropriate for the event. We will definitely spread the word. Kyle is that guy and Ashley was always in contact with my party planner.Cyndi was attentive to making sure everything was in order and ready for me to even book the venue. Thank you all again. I was initially overwhelmed with trying to plan our son's rehearsal dinner from out of state. All of that stress was gone when I found One Seventy Main & their amazing team! The resources guide for the venue provided recommendations for preferred vendors that made the planning a breeze. Ashly was a gem to work and helped to create the elegant environment that was more than we could have asked for. Just held my daughter sweet 16 party here and working with one seventy main was awesome! They were professional from the time I came in to look at the venue until the time the party was over. Any issues I had they were able to work with me. Throughout the party they kept checking in to make sure everything was good. And the venue was set up beautifully, we provided them with the vision and they executed!
