Very well organized for the conference that I attended. The staff were exceptional at taking care of our needs and served us well being extremely helpful. It was clean and very well maintained.

We saw the Bret Michaels concert here. We paid the VIP upgrade so we could have a table and no be crowded in. We paid an extra fee for this convenience.

The venue staff was not monitoring the general admission attendees and after an hour we got tired of them coming into the VIP area and pushing their way through us.

We had to compete with them and it was just nonsense. I let the staff know and she just shook her head and did nothing about it.

If people are going to pay an upgrade like VIP or should absolutely be better monitored or dont bother.

Bankers Trust Lifestyles dinner. Love the convention staff here. Always give great service and make sure you have a great evening out with whatever the event is. Food is consistently fabulous every single time. Great for work events or weddings. You will make great memories here.
