My experience with their DJ services was positive, adding to the lively atmosphere. However, enhancing staff knowledge and management presence during events could significantly elevate guest experiences.

Complete Weddings + Events Des Moines loves working at The Monroe! The staff are so welcoming and easy to collaborate with. ❤ The space is a beautiful blank slate to make your own! (But with little details everywhere that add to the beauty and vibe!) If you haven't toured this venue yet, you need to add it to your list immediately!

LOVED my tour. I just got engaged and have been searching for venues. The Monroe is beautiful. Maryssa was so hospitable and kind to us. She answered all of our questions and ran us a full price proposal at the end of the tour. 5 stars, but I would give more if I could. She’s amazing ! 😀

The Grand Opening was a smashing hit! It was so wonderful to explore the venue and meet local vendors in the Des Moines area. This venue is absolutely stunning, perfect for a wedding or a corporate event. Gracie, the Client Relationship Manager, was so inviting and knowledgeable about the venue too. Can't wait to see pictures of future events! Definitely a venue you don't want to miss.

I celebrated one of my aunt birthday party at this place, we had a great time here. It's big building, and there were at least 100 people here. Overall the building is really nice, and the staff did really great job.
