The Oak at Millsite Farm was the perfect place to have our wedding, and we could not be happier with how everything went!

We first visited the property in December, a time when Ohio is not very colorful. That did not stop us from immediately knowing that this venue was going to be gorgeous in July. In our first few meetings with Jewel to discuss the possibilities, we would look out the window to the massive oak tree on the property and imagine what our wedding day would look like. Everything about the property was perfect to us. It was close to home and we knew it would be easy for family and friends to get to. The guest house was the perfect place for the girls to stay in the night before and to get ready on our wedding day. Having the guest house to stay in after our wedding created a stress free night for us since we did not have to worry about getting off the property and could focus on celebrating. The barn is just as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside, and the setup for the dance floor was ideal for getting as many people out there as we could. The food options made available were incredible and everyone loved it. So many options to choose from and they all are amazing.

The Oak tree itself is an unbelievable centerpiece to the property. It provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and it could not have looked more stunning. We have heard back from many guests saying the ceremony was one of the most beautiful ceremonies they had been to. It is truly a one of a kind place.

Throughout the entire process, Jewel was our go-to. Any question or concern, Jewel had the answer. She was full of creative ideas that helped us shape our day into a unique night like no other. We never had anything to worry about during the planning process and on our wedding day because of Jewel. She and her amazing team kept everything moving on time and made sure our guests were taken care of. Her professionalism and care for us and our guests was second to none.

Our wedding day is one that we will never forget, and a huge reason why is because we were lucky enough to have it at The Oak!

If you’re looking for the most beautiful and all-inclusive wedding venue, The Oak at Millsite Farm, is “the one”. This elegant, yet casual venue, provided our guests with a destination weekend. The adorned Oak in all its glory, the cello, the flowers, the entrance door, the vows, the exquisite food, the amount of food, the romantic barn, the stunning centerpieces, the caricaturist, dancing to live music, as well as the accommodations, all prompted our guests to declare the wedding as dreamy. The real dream was that as the mother-of-the-bride, I was not tasked with any of it. Jewel, Tim and their team do everything to fulfill your vision for a perfect wedding. They also share a list of outside vendors that are vetted and excellent. Our family is blessed to have the memories of a perfect wedding that will last a lifetime. Our experience at The Oak At Millsite Farm was nothing less than magical. Jewel, Tim, and Beth were amazing, supportive, and helpful in making our day calm, relaxing and very special. The venue was so gorgeous, from the breathtaking beauty of the 390+ year old oak tree as a backdrop to the gorgeously renovated and stunningly decorated red barn. The ability to get ready on site at the guest house added our daughter's stress-free day. Jewel was very attentive, making sure all of our needs were met, allowing me to focus on my daughter. I was so relaxed going into the event and my daughter commented on the same.

Our wedding at The Oak at Millsite Farm was nothing short of PERFECT and MAGICAL! From the setting of the 350+ year old oak tree to the charming barn and wagon wheel/pond. It was a dreamy backdrop for our special day. We were captivated by its warmth, charm, and elegance.

Jewel and Tim were amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, creating a seamless and stress-free experience to give me the wedding of my dreams!

And the catering service provided by the Colonnade was “OUT OF THIS WORLD!”. The food was DELICIOUS and exceeded our expectations. It was the BEST wedding/event food we’ve ever had.

Beyond the food, the presentation of the dining area was beautifully set and complimented the overall warmth and charm of the venue. It was evident that Jewel & Tim, Devin, and catering teams collaborated to create an unforgettable experience for our guests. Shout out to Devin for taking my vision and bringing it to life.

I cannot forget to mention that in addition, the enchanting accommodations at the wedding venue, The Oak and her sister venue The Millsite Lodge allowed both our out-of-town guests and the wedding party to feel completely comfortable and at ease allowing everyone to relax and enjoy our wedding weekend experience.

I was married in October and I could not have imagined a better place than the Oak at Millsite Farm. The first time I saw the stunning oak tree I instantly fell in love and knew this was the place I wanted to get married. Everything was so beautiful and the best part is everything was stress free. Jewel and her family did everything to make my wishes come true and then some. I received so many compliments about the beauty of the venue, the delicious food and so much more. If you’re looking for a stress free wedding within a naturally beautiful venue I would highly recommend the Oak at Millsite Farm!

My daughter and her husband got married there and it was an amazing venue, amazing food and the owners were truly amazing. It’s a one stop location that has something for everyone. I couldn’t be more happier with the experience and would recommend it to anyone.
