As soon as I chose the venue for my destination wedding in New Orleans, I knew that I wanted Kirsten as my planner. Kirsten is professional, organized, thoughtful, kind.. the kind of person you want to be working with hand in hand for your wedding. She really listened to my wishes and vision for the day and helped me find the absolute best vendors to bring that vision to life.

Kirsten contacted, booked and worked with my 13 vendors from over 1,000 miles away, planning the entire wedding remotely. I did not have to worry about any of the logistics or scheduling for the weekend, and neither did any of my friends or family. Her work allowed everyone to enjoy the experience so much more.

Seconds before I walked down the aisle my veil was falling out of my hair, and Kirsten was there in an instant to secure it with bobby pins. When one of our vendors was running late, I did not hear about it at all and it was taken care of by Kirsten. These things are invaluable to a bride!

I had a ton of fun planning my wedding and the day turned out beyond what I could have dreamed! I recommend Kirsten to every bride I know.

I hired Kirsten for day-of coordination for my October 2023 wedding. And, to put it simply, she kicks a**. 🫶🏼

Our ceremony was supposed to be outside, but it ended up raining all day. Kirsten took the matter into her own hands and worked alongside our reception venue’s staff to move the ceremony indoors. She did this quickly, calmly, and without causing any chaos for anyone in the wedding party.

She also came prepared and saved the day after, not one, but TWO, wardrobe malfunctions.

Before our actual wedding day, she even volunteered her time to attend our rehearsal dinner in town.

Everyone was beyond impressed with Kirsten. One of my bridesmaids recognized how wonderful Kirsten was and hired her for her own wedding!

My husband and I had the privilege of having Kirsten at The Opal Affair as our day of coordinator. To say that she was spectacular is an understatement!
