Vanessa was super helpful throughout the whole wedding planning process, especially on a deadline. She realized my vision better than I could've. The food -- tri-tip, couscous with eggplant, and summer salad -- was excellent and so was the service day-of, from wait staff to bartender. So glad we went with The Painted Table.

The painted table catered my wedding at Evanelle vineyards and the food was amazing. They let me fully customize all my selections during a tasting session and it turned out as expected - delicious. Not only the food, but all their services and help made my big day seamless. Vanessa was my day of coordinator but helped me so much more than the day of. Vanessa, took care of all my signage and seating without any issues. She also helped me make sure that all of my place settings coordinated with my table rentals and floral. The first wedding I’ve been in was my own so I felt very nervous that I wouldn’t have everything together but Vanessa made sure that everything went smoothly and I was able to be fully present and just enjoy my big day. We had The Painted Table cater our wedding at Evanelle Vineyards and we cannot recommend them enough! The food was delicious and they were so helpful during the stressful wedding planning process. The best decision we made was also hiring Vanessa Youngblood as our day-of coordinator. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and she truly made our vision come to life. I would consider myself a very picky/detail-oriented person and she was so patient, kind, and understanding. She was so easy to work with and you can tell she truly cares and loves what she does. Our wedding would not have been the same without her and The Painted Table team. They made our big day completely stress free so all we had to do was enjoy. I had the Painted Table cater my baby shower, and the food was phenomenal! Down to the last detail of the rentals, tables and food display. Vanessa was so amazing to work with and gave me everything I wanted! Fan favorite from everyone was the avocado toast with chilis… PERFECT amount of spice! Would recommend them for any event!!

Amazing! Not many caterers are up to the challenge of 4 servings times within 36 hours for a total of 900 people served. We had a celebration at work that is a 24 hour facility and we wanted to make sure we feed for all 3 shifts which resulted in 4 servings, one of which was midnight till 3am! The Painted Table came through with delicious food and great customer service! Had a minor hiccup but they resolved the issue promptly. The staff that came to set up the food was fantastic! For their first time being at our facility they did a great job! They had to set up buffet style in our breakroom so a venue that is not typically set up for catered events but they did not hesitate at all. Thank you so much and look forward to events with this company in the future! Oh and how could I forget...the food was excellent! The feedback I was getting from the employees was that it was some of the best food that we have had at the facility. Thank you so much Augie, Jesse, Jenny and all the other staff that helped with this event that I did not get a chance to meet.

Painted Table is your GO TO for ALL THINGS: events, catering, weddings, EVERYTHING!! My husband and I worked with Vanessa and can’t imagine planning/executing our wedding without her and the Painted Table team!! The whole event went off without a hitch and the food and experience was everything and MORE than we could’ve possibly imagined!! All our guests were raving about the food and desserts, bar service, linens and set up, and we owe it all to Vanessa and her team at the Painted Table!!

From the beginning Vanessa was more than just a vendor, she was someone who was genuinely invested in my husband and I AND our wedding dreams. She was always easy to reach, friendly, and so kind!!
