Pros: the space is beautiful. It was the exact ambiance we wanted. Our bartender was fantastic. The food was delicious. Everyone kept complimenting how amazing it was as an event. It really was the baby shower of our dreams.

Cons: The waiter service was not great. I had numerous guests complain their food was taken before they could eat. One noted she got a plate from the grazing table and went to the bathroom only to come back to it being gone. My grandmother got a slice of cake waited for her tea but had the whole slice taken before she could try it. It’s frustrating to pay over $300 for a cake and learn that the staff was taking it away before people could have even a bite of it. It’s a complete waste of money and food.

Additionally, I thought the communication with the event planner/maître d was lacking. She told us to make an appointment during the weekend at a specific date and time and then told us she doesn’t hold appointments on weekends due to parties. She also gave the time away to another couple forcing us to go an hour earlier. It was confusing. We had to chase her to get our contract and other details finalized.

Pete did a great job at mitigating our frustration. I appreciate his help.

Park West Lofts has continued to serve as our favorite spot to host our family’s milestone celebrations. We continue to come back for the top-notch service, incredible food, chic vibes, and all around outstanding service.

We recently hosted my daughter-in-law’s bridal shower and Vicky and her team supported all of our visions and requests without hesitation.

The entire process — planning, setting up, the event, and after was seamless. With Vicky and her team, you can plan any special event at Park West Loft and you’d be in great hands.

I’d be remiss not to mention how outstanding the food was. We hosted a brunch and each and everything on the menu was better than the next. You can tell that the chef goes above and beyond to really think about the menu, what’s being served, and the ingredients used because it was flawless.

Park West Loft was a fantastic venue for our wedding. The space felt upscale and sophisticated and yet also very assessable. Chris Ryder, the Director of Catering, was a consummate professional and very detail oriented. He went above and beyond to help us at every level, always checking in to make sure he had everything correct. The food was excellent, both amazingly delicious and also beautifully presented. The bar staff, servers and managers were attentive and caring. We could not have chosen a better place to have our wedding. Our guests are still raving about our wedding. Thank you, Park West Loft!!

My family recently held a celebration of a life event at Park West Loft for 85 people. We cannot say enough positive thoughts about Chris, the director, who helped us put together this very last minute celebration. From start to finish, we received amazing service. We booked the venue for our wedding and had about seven months to plan everything. Vikki was outstanding, from showing us the venue to overseeing every detail on the night of the wedding. We were able to email and call and receive quick feedback throughout the planning process. As the wedding approached, we met with Vikki to confirm final details, and she provided excellent recommendations and guidelines.
