As a wedding photographer I enjoyed photographing at The Pines and the team there were excellent. It is a short drive from Denver and surrounded by beautiful pine trees.

It was “just fine”. There were 3 weddings all going on at the same time. Strangers were infiltrating the wedding we attended. There was no crowd control so random drunks from another wedding crashed the one we were guests at. We saw the next bride already lining up before our friend’s ceremony was over. The whole thing was chaotic. We heard another wedding’s music during the speech portion of the night. People in the upstairs room were banging on the windows to get our attention from down below. This venue is fine for the view/location but if you’re paying more than $1000 for the venue it’s not worth it, there is no privacy or intimacy. It’s the assembly line/fast food of venues. Genuinely surprised to see it rated so high. How can you have multiple weddings at the same time?

We had an incredible wedding at the Pines back in September! The venue went above and beyond with accommodating our needs and making sure everything was accounted for. When you book with this venue, you have to go through their caterer. We were worried that might be hard to work out, because we wanted a vegan wedding. However, that was not the case at all. The catering was amazing, and even our non-vegan friends were very impressed with the food. The vendors that the venue offers are amazing as well. It really made planning the wedding a lot easier having a short list of recommendations already provided for a bakery, DJ, photographer, etc. Our photographer, Casey, with Two One Photography was incredible (as you can see in these photos) and brought just the right type of guidance, reassurance, and warmth anyone would want to have on their wedding day. Our baker, Dina, with Bittersweet Bakery made a delicious assortment of vegan cupcakes as well as a vegan cake for us. The raspberry cream chocolate cupcakes were a hit, and she provided gluten free options for our guests who wanted them too. Ken, our DJ with Quality Mobile Sound was a pleasure to work with and clearly had a lot of experience that helped us with sorting out our playlists. The alcohol was very affordable, the staff was super reliable and nice (especially Ashley), and we couldn't be happier with everything the venue provided for us.

We booked with The Pines before they were bought by Wedgewood Weddings. Initially, the transition was a bit chaotic, but, as things settled down, Wedgewood did an excellent job of helping us plan our wedding. They even gave us a special deal on our bar since we had initially been planning to bring in all of our alcohol.

Sara helped with a lot of the planning in the months leading up to the wedding, and always quickly answered our emails. Cristen was our day of coordinator and did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly. Darrien was our bartender, and we got lots of compliments on how fun and nice he was. He even ran to the grocery store when we forgot to bring mint for our drinks.

There was another wedding going on at the same time as ours. Our reception was in the lower level, and we never would have known another reception was going on at the same time. All our guests said their food was some of the best wedding food they'd ever had - definitely recommend the tot bar, too. Although Wedgewood can feel a bit "corporate," we would definitely recommend them!

we got married at the pines this weekend and it was AMAZING! Our coordinator was Cristen and we couldn’t have asked for a more organized, well timed ceremony. It was beautiful. The food was delicious! Our banquet captain was amazing, too. The vendors they work with were also amazing! Thank you to everyone at the pines by wedgewood!

The Pines by Wedgewood Weddings hosted our wedding in August of 2024. Our day was a dream come true! We wanted a mountain venue, and The Pines was a perfect choice. Both outdoors and indoors are absolutely stunning. We loved having an outdoor ceremony in the forest and an indoor/outdoor reception with the patio during August. As for their team - I can't recommend them enough. The entire year of planning and the wedding day were flawless. They thought of details that never would have entered my mind and were absolutely on point with communication. I truly never had to stress over anything and was completely free to party and interact with our guests on our wedding day. Cristen was a fabulous day of coordinator. We were also working with a limited budget, and Cristen and the team were happy to lay out all of our options and help us make it work. Booking our wedding through The Pines at Wedgewood Weddings was worth every penny. I highly recommend this venue and team! We thank you for the perfect wedding!

Liv and the rest of the team have been so organized and on top of everything, it really has made the planning experience less stressful and more enjoyable for me and my partner. I photograph weddings here and I love the Pines! Besides it’s beauty and mountain location, the staff is absolutely amazing!!! From Ashley, to Darrion and Claire, you can’t find a better staff who will help you navigate your wedding day. The coordinators are wonderful too! Every time I have a wedding here I get really excited and know it’s going to be wonderful!
