We had an absolutely wonderful experience with The Planning Nest. Kristen helped us immensely. She was easy to communicate with & absolutely professional. Most importantly we trusted her with making our wedding look beautiful. She succeeded!! We heard from our guests all night how beautiful our wedding looked. If I could give The Planning Nest more than five stars I absolutely would.

Payed $750 to decorate the venue myself and with help of family. Kristen not only lied to me when I ask who will be helping you on the wedding date since her assistant did not follow up with any of my vendors weeks before the wedding. I find out the day of the wedding that her coordinator quit and she’s asking to be understanding when she got $750 as she requested on the contract right away . She tells me I should’ve decorated for my own wedding?! What would you done if there’s only 1 person decorating your wedding venue She was more concerned during the wedding party outside hanging out with the photographer instead of helping me to cut the cake etc. My photographer provided all my vendors with a timeline, contact every single vendor weeks before my wedding and the week of my wedding because Kristen was so unprofessional and was not able to do her job knowing that her coordinator quit and someone needed to take over reaching out to vendors. Every single vendor complaint about her , my family and friends helped to clean up after the wedding . The only one thing she did for us was to find chairs for the venue.I don’t recommend her services, what was on the contract was not honor . If you want to waste money The planning nest is for you then.
